The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! my daughter & I stayed in this hotel and we was very impressed with how clean the hotel rooms were and pool area! Rooms are a nice size and had a lovely view. The staff were extremely lovely, helpful and made us feel very well especially the bar/pool staff. The alcohol and food was very nice too and ate most days around the pool!

Stayed for 10 nights on April in a deluxe sea view room, and we loved it. rooms are very large well equipped and views are incredible across Gumbet bay. Very clean, Great beds and bathroom, Found the staff to be very helpful, We enjoyed the pool area which is lovely and never busy, so had it to ourselves the few days we relaxed there. Bear in mind you are at the top of a steep hill when staying here (both down to Gumbet and Bodrum) but it was not an issue (there are taxi stations at the bottom of both sides and a taxi up the hill is £2 if you are feeling lazy. This is an amazing location to explore lovely Bodrum and Gumbet so definitely recommend. Very reasonable too!

We stayed for few nights. The price was lower than average hotel in Marmaris. Lets start with benefits: 1. Very good location - close to bat street and Marina, plus convenient way from Bazar. 2. Nice and polite staff 3. Apartment consists of 2 rooms and a balcony - large space 4. Bathroom was clean and comfy, with clean towels 5. Pool is present and nice, a bit messy but in general ok 6.There was basic filling in the kitchen - pot, pan, cups, plates, silver. 7. Fridge was present and, what is important, was working once we were out of room. I notices some of hotels completely shut down all the power outlets once you are out. 8. Classy, simple but nice turkish breakfast Now lets go to things that lowered our experience: 1. AC is present only in bedroom, the kitchen/living room is noticably hotter, plus the ac itself blows straight to bed, thats why the whole stay it was covered by blanket, plus there was no remote. 2. The teapot almost hit me with electricity, the cable of hot panel is also dangerous. After incident didn't use pot at all 3. The curtains are pretty thin so it may bother sensitive people in the morning, we meet the sun as windows were to the east. 4. Internet, the worst part and a reason to move out. Internet was absent in the room, if you dont have local sim card this is a punishment. Internet was working on the ground level in the breakfast area and by the pool, in the room the only spot i could barely get connection was, pardon me, toilet.

This hotel is an apartment. A few days before arriving, Ctrip will notify us by text message where to pick up the key. After arriving, you can pick up the key at the convenience store downstairs. arrived home this morning,sadly,from the most fantastic holiday to fethiye.So glad booked these apartments,were absolutely fantastic.The apartment itself was very up to date and modern, great facilities,washing machine,fridge and ceramic hob,,massive balcony,we loved for coffee and smoking,very quiet at night for sleeping,and the beds were so so comfortable,Turkish breakfast included,was great.The location was fab,once we sussed out the dolmus,only few minutes walk both ways from apartments.Apartments also fab location for eating out,100s of places nearby for food,very convienient too dolmus takes straight to a few beaches,fabulous and centrum.These apartments,also ow The Duck Pond restaurant,in Paspeteur,where we ate most nights,food was delicious,made to feel very welcome all the time,great cowd of hard working staff,and finally would like to say thank you to all the staff at Sunrise City Residence,are absolutely fantastic,especially Savas and Filiz,who were extremely helpful ,giving us advice re transport etc,and all at city sunrise,very friendly,a credit to the company,Will definately be booking again,cant wait to return from Arlene and Linda from Scotland

Really well equipped & spotlessly clean apartment. A short walk to the promenade & beach. Their Ju Beach cafe on the promenade is great & good value for lunch(10% off for hotel guests). Directly in front of Ju Beach are the sun loungers for guests use(there are only about 20 & they are a mixture of reclining chairs & sunbeds) .we were in apartment 105 which is right by reception & to be honest we didn’t really have any privacy on our terrace as everyone has to go past it to get to reception & late night we heard people coming back to the hotel so not a good room if you are a light sleeper. The manager is lovely & very helpful (even bought us a couple of fruit platters during our stay). Problems in the room such as lack of hairdryer & no clothes airer were sorted very quickly.

The hotel is perfect, new and clean. It has been very good experience! The right breakfast with good quality ingredients and very well served. It has no parking although it can be parked in the same street of the hotel, near the door. The building has an elevator and the room with views deserves the value, it is a beautiful area.

You cannot leave people you meet from the moment you enter the doors in Marmaris, and you meet the most realistic and top faces of people's approach to you. If you want to meet with sincerity that cares for the nature of animals and that cares for the satisfaction of people, yes you are at the right address...! Where to start? These apartments are very basic but very well-maintained and managed. If you asked for anything they helped you out by recommending restaurants, and places to visit, ordering taxis, and checking transfers. They even bought my friend a 50th birthday cake. The snacks were more than adequate for during the day so you really didn't need to leave if you didn't want to. The pool and bar are well maintained by the lovely Erkan who really looks after the guests. He was brilliant with me and my friends. He seemed to have lots of other jobs to do too! The manager and his family are lovely people and the rooms were cleaned daily. I have mobility problems and they helped me but also treated me lovely. Walk into town was doable for most people but I would advise taxis. Big shout out to the lovely Yvonne who stays there often and was so lovely. Some guests were a little crazy but hey ho! Loved my holiday and all the people in it tx
