"I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, practically in the center of Budva but not on the main, crowded streets. All the amenities are nearby – Megamarkt, a bakery, and a laundry. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the promenade, 25 minutes to Mogren Beach, 7 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to the Mega Mall.
The rooms are modest but comfortable – good beds, a small kitchen with essentials, air conditioning, and a balcony. Three of us stayed in one room and it didn't feel cramped.
Seka, the wonderful host, is always helpful, provides tips, and is constantly in touch.
Excellent value for money. I recommend it for couples and family trips."

1. Impeccable cleanliness. The apartment is truly well-kept and clean—that's the main plus.
2. Everything you need is there. I found all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking.
3. Convenient location. Close to the beach, shops nearby—everything is convenient from that side.
Cons (which are the crux of the entire vacation):
1. Constant road noise (24/7). The windows overlook the highway, making it impossible to sleep with the window open. It's also impossible to sit on the terrace because of the cars.
2. Soundproofing is like being under a microscope. It feels like your neighbors are sitting in the same room. I was especially ”lucky” when a hot couple checked in—they had a wild sex scene all night, and the soundproofing didn't help.
3. Renovations are underway starting from the second floor. From morning until late at night, they're scraping, drilling, and doing other things. They're a nuisance not only at night but also during the day. 4. There's nowhere to eat properly. There's no proper table. The coffee table is very small and low—it's uncomfortable to dine at. You can't tell from the terrace, as there's the same traffic noise.
Bottom Line: The apartment is very clean and cozy, based on the picture alone, but due to the traffic, repairmen, and neighbors, I didn't get any sleep. It's only suitable for those with earplugs or who only plan to stay overnight under a sleep mask.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore.
The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Sshabana17This is a gem of a place. The views from the balcony were always so pleasant and sunsets worth a million bucks.
A walk down to the beach front and a plenty of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Przno is a more quiet neighborhood in Budva. Sveti Stefan is a 2 min walk from here.
The apartment is super clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated.
Marijana, the host is awesome and knows what true hospitality really means.

Внизу фруктовая лавка, рядом много магазинчиков, удобная транспортная развязка, все рядом!
Очень рекомендую эти апартаменты, вернемся именню сюда !

GGuest UserA good place to stay overnight. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. It's best to contact them a little in advance to arrange check-in, but the staff are always happy to help. There's a large supermarket and a delicious bakery nearby.

ДДАШУЛЯ83I'm a travel agent, and no one at Condr knew that. I've seen a lot, and I came here after staying at a 5-star hotel in Tivat. Everything is spotless. Cutlery, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, a dryer, wine glasses, water glasses – perfect cleanliness. I really wished I could have stayed longer. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door.

KKaterina NekliudovaI extended my stay and really liked the apartment. It's spacious, has high ceilings, plenty of light, and features multi-level lighting. It's a 10-minute walk from the bus station. The embankment, old town, cafes, and supermarkets are nearby. It has everything you need for comfort: dishes, a Turkish coffee pot, an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine and detergent, and towels. If you're in the room, cleaning staff arrives before noon to pick up trash and ask about any needs. Check-in was easy, and the owner is always available on WhatsApp. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserVery beautiful and new apartments, decorated very stylishly, there are all necessary for accommodation. The hotel has a gorgeous location, out of the windows the spectacular sea view is opened. It is the best view from the window. It is very close to the chic beaches. There are many beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were madly kind and nice , thank you very much for changing us room to two-room without extra payment. In general , I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone , it was really the best choice.
