Pros: 1. Impeccable cleanliness. The apartment is truly well-kept and clean—that's the main plus. 2. Everything you need is there. I found all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking. 3. Convenient location. Close to the beach, shops nearby—everything is convenient from that side. Cons (which are the crux of the entire vacation): 1. Constant road noise (24/7). The windows overlook the highway, making it impossible to sleep with the window open. It's also impossible to sit on the terrace because of the cars. 2. Soundproofing is like being under a microscope. It feels like your neighbors are sitting in the same room. I was especially ”lucky” when a hot couple checked in—they had a wild sex scene all night, and the soundproofing didn't help. 3. Renovations are underway starting from the second floor. From morning until late at night, they're scraping, drilling, and doing other things. They're a nuisance not only at night but also during the day. 4. There's nowhere to eat properly. There's no proper table. The coffee table is very small and low—it's uncomfortable to dine at. You can't tell from the terrace, as there's the same traffic noise. Bottom Line: The apartment is very clean and cozy, based on the picture alone, but due to the traffic, repairmen, and neighbors, I didn't get any sleep. It's only suitable for those with earplugs or who only plan to stay overnight under a sleep mask.

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

An excellent spot for a peaceful seaside getaway in Pržno. The building is new, the apartments are modern and perfectly clean, with a full kitchen, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. The location is superb: a two-minute walk to the beach, with a bakery and two small shops nearby. Pržno itself is quiet, without noisy places, yet Budva and Sveti Stefan are very close. Special thanks to the hostess, Marijana – warm, responsive, and ready to help with everything: from arranging an apartment with a terrace and sea view for part of our trip to connecting us with a reliable local driver. Such attentiveness truly makes a difference. We spent eleven nights here and would gladly return.

Everything was great – the renovation is fresh, the room isn't huge but it was enough space for us, and there's a big balcony where you can relax, and it's not on the sunny side so it's not too hot 👍. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in ahead of time without any extra charge, which was a nice touch 😊. The location is excellent; the apartments are on a cozy street. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea and roughly 20-25 minutes to the Old Town. There's a delicious fish bar right opposite – everything there is tasty, I highly recommend visiting!

The hostess is wonderful, always ready to help with any situation (for example, you won't have to pay the tourist tax yourself). The location is equally great – about a 7-minute walk to the bus station, and there's a grocery store literally across the street. There's also a good cafe nearby, and you can reach the old town in about 15-20 minutes, yet it's still comfortable and quiet for sleeping at night. The room itself is neat and clean, with daily housekeeping. On your way to the hotel, you'll be accompanied by the street shown in the photo – mountains are everywhere here, so you're sure to enjoy the views!

Нам супер понравилось расположение, путешествовали на машине и данные апартаменты для этого подошли идеально. Удобный выезд на главную дорогу, крытый гараж, где всегда есть свободные места. И в целом расположение в центре всех достопримечательностей. До Свети Стефана можно дойти пешком (около 40 минут), до Будвы (старого города) около 1 часа по набережной. В номере все довольно просто, но все есть) Девушка администратор заселила нас раньше, так как номер был готов к заселению уже в 10 утра (вместо 15:00), все показала, рассказала, моментально зарегистрировала в системе, прислала фото регистрации. Спасибо ей за теплый прием, мы остались очень довольны. Из минусов пожалуй, это только обновить посуду (сковородки старые и покрытие уже все слезло, на таком готовить нельзя уже. Тарелки требуют или замены или тщательной мойки в посудомоечной машине). В октябре была очень приятная цена на проживание. Рекомендуем! Черногория приятная визуально страна, все очень понравилось!

Прекрасные апартаменты! Мы остались очень довольны нашим проживанием! Идеально все! Новая гостишка, чистые светлые просторные номера, сверхудобное расположение, бесплатная парковка!!! И отдельное спасибо владельцу, очень заботливый и внимательный человек, сделал наш отдых очень комфортным!!! Все-все необходимое есть!!! Внизу фруктовая лавка, рядом много магазинчиков, удобная транспортная развязка, все рядом! Очень рекомендую эти апартаменты, вернемся именню сюда !

Clean and cozy room. Location is decent, with a grocer nearby and a few restaurants. About a 30 min walk from the water and another 5 to old town. Self check in was straight forward. Apartment with towel change and new trash bag ls daily. Minimal kitchen, kettle and stove for simple meals. Overall good hassle-free stay.

A gorgeous, spacious studio with high ceilings and a wonderful view of the mountains. I think the windows are about three meters high, so the view is amazing and there's lots of light. ☀️ It's very clean, newly renovated, and support is always available. The apartment is located near the sea, not far from the Old Town, and all amenities are close by since it's in a shopping center. There's a busy road in front of the balcony, but the double-glazed windows block out the noise when closed. There's coffee, tea, and sugar; I would have added a few larger mugs because there were only two small ones.
