The Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya.

It was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near Nagoya Station. However, it was a little disappointing that there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom and the air conditioning didn't work. Other than that, the facilities and amenities were perfect. It was a great place to stay.

I had a great stay at Minn Station Ai Nagoya! The rooms were surprisingly spacious — much larger than many city hotels in Nagoya — which made it really comfortable, especially for longer stays or if you’re travelling with luggage. The hotel has a very modern design and feel, with clean, stylish interiors and up-to-date facilities throughout. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed — from a comfortable bed and good lighting to convenient storage and a well-appointed bathroom. Everything felt thoughtfully placed and easy to use. One of the best things about this property is the convenience factor: there’s a Family Mart right on the ground floor, which was super handy for quick snacks, drinks, or late-night essentials without having to walk around after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, Minn Station Ai Nagoya offers spacious, modern rooms with every amenity you need — plus the bonus of a convenience store right below. Great choice for both short trips and longer stays in Nagoya!

We stayed with our family. The interior and exterior were very clean. Check-in was all done by machine, and we had some issues, but the receptionist was there and explained everything calmly. They weren't very accommodating, and the room was very clean. However, I wouldn't recommend it for traveling with small children. There were three beds, but no toddler beds. Parents had to use pillows to keep their children from falling out of the bed. Since it wasn't attached to the wall, I was a bit worried about them falling out, and sure enough, there was a bang in the middle of the night, followed by a crying sound... If there were bed rails or something, I would highly recommend it for families with children, but the beds are a bit narrow for co-sleeping, so it was a bit tricky. It's perfectly fine for adults traveling alone.

The first time I stayed at a homestay, I felt good and the health was good. There are more procedures before check-in, such as handing over passport data online, and then receiving the password to open the mailbox on the morning of the check-in day - lock key 🔑. The night before checkout, because I was shocked, I was helpless, Trip CS was worthy of praise, and the reply was fast and convenient. The original owner will check out the night before sending email and ask me to put a return key 🔑 to the mailbox. In addition, there are residential houses nearby, which are quieter. If the car has to be parked near the street parking lot. It's not wrong to be an accommodation experience

Close proximity to castle, food and convenience stores. Easy details on access but the check in and out timings differ from that stated on the platform

There are a total of three floors, there are two double rooms on the first floor (two single beds); there are tatami mattresses on the third floor; the second floor is a public space (kitchen/bathroom/living room) The environment is very good and quiet, but because you have to climb the stairs, there are elderly people who may have to consider

酒店位置都算方便，搭地下鐵到榮站只係13分鐘，而且樓下有拉麵、名古屋名物世界山雞翼、7-11及麥當勞，不過麥當勞開09:30-24:00 無早餐供應，09:30開門都係賣普通set meal，另外住宿對面小商場有Daiso

Anyway, the location was difficult to understand. I was very lost. I think the amenities were good with a solid feeling!

The location is convenient, but the sound of cars and ambulances is noisy. I think foreigners are difficult to understand the separation of garbage. I thought it was a little tough, such as confirmation of the stayer (the presentation of the identification is the driver's license NG) and confirmation of the visitor. I thought the rule that the bed used was one for each person and not touching other beds was also strict. Other than that, I stayed generally satisfied.
