StefanbergI always stay at Delta when I'm in Liverpool for business, but this time I booked too late and had to stay here. It's an Ascott group hotel, located on the main commercial street, and only a 5-minute walk from Lime Street Station. It's very quiet, and all the facilities are new, plus the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor drawback is that there's no restaurant, so no breakfast... For the past few days, I've had to make do with buying food from Lidl for breakfast. Oh, and by the way, a HeyTea actually opened right across from the hotel... seems like most of the customers are older Chinese women and international students. All in all, this hotel is really good.

The hotel service was excellent! They gave chocolate eggs to the kids during check-in. The room was clean. It's very close to the city center, only a 5-6 minute walk to Albert Dock – perfect for watching the sunset! It's also a close 15-20 minute walk to the big shopping mall.

Guest UserThe service was extremely poor as we had no house cleaning done in our room in the 2 nights spent there. I called the customer service and was told cleaners were going to come and change the bed linen, towels and clean the room but that was false. I called a few times to chase this and nothing was done so I slept on the same old bed linen and I had to later chase up to get some clean towels. The service was really poor and there weren't many breakfast options to choose from as there wasn't much variety.

With Liverpool being our City of birth, the place was easy for us to find. The receptionist was very welcoming, and gave us all the information we required for our stay, making check in and check out a breeze. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we required for our stay. Having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus. Being in a city centre you can’t avoid a certain amount of outside noise, but it was nothing that earplugs didn’t sort lol There was a takeaway, a restaurant and 2 small general stores within a few minutes walk from the apartment, and we made use of the restaurant and Tesco’s whilst there. All in all it was a fabulous stay, and we would stay again.

I was supposed to relax but to start the photos nothing to do with the place, a few beds all watered , the whole floor all disregarded, the very old sofa that could not be made bed, the door was heard every time the other flat opened at the end succeeded The rest until I returned to my home to go there was only time and money lost.

I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

AleFragolaExcellent location, right next to Liverpool Central station and very close to Lime Street station. From here, you can easily walk to Liverpool's most famous and touristy areas, plus there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room is spacious and has all the comforts, a comfortable bed, and plenty of wardrobes and shelves to put your belongings. The room is very clean and we slept very well. The kitchen is small but has everything needed, and there's a desk that opens up into a table for dining. The bathroom and shower are spacious, and there's also space here to put your things. The staff are kind and helpful. I would return to this property.

bobbydazoNot what pictures our sofa bed not comfortable to sit on and tv singal was rubbish did ask they say there look into had 2 people turn to fix the washing machine didnt not no there was anything wrong with it! Communication was shocking had to ring several times to get to check in! The noise from next door was like concert the floor boards were shaking and music till in morning! Bed was so comfortable u just sit on it makes noise! Wouldn't stay again and not would recommend it!
