Spent 2 nights at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Locatated at the Albert Dock meant that you were pretty close to a lot of the attractions like the Beatles Story Museum. But coming from the railway station would take about 20+ mins by walk. The walking distance would not be ideal if you had large luggages. Even if you took the bus, it would only get you to the Liverpool One shopping mall, with another 7-8 minute walk to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was suited to our needs. They also had their in-house washers and dryers (without needing to cost extra) so that was very much appreciated. Would consider coming here again our next visit.

Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc.
On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him.
Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.

Excellent apartment, clean and everything we could need. Stayed here with my son for a dad and lad city break. Location is perfect. Very close to the centre. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Location is good but reception was only opened at limited hours. Our bathtub was blocked but we were unable to call them at night to fix it as no one picked up

The studio apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay. We did not eat there, but there was always coffee, tea and milk for the asking at the front desk. We arrived early and was able to check in to the room and when leaving, they held our luggage til that afternoon at no charge. The location was great and walkable for all we wanted to do in Liverpool, very centrally located. Quite at night, blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Good size bathroom and nice fluffy towelsbut the shower door was not engaging properly and some water was on the floor. Will stay again!

Perfectly located !
Just a short walk to all attractions - albert docks, rope walk, Liverpool one , buses etc, so you got it all covered whether its dining shopping drinks or party
Friendly staff, attending the reception 24/7
apartment is big but the bathroom and sleeping room itself are just ok, and not very spacious, and don’t expect the apt to have all the usual hotel amenities

Wonderful, spacious apartments right in the heart of Liverpool! We absolutely loved it! The soundproofing in the hotel is amazing! If it's stuffy or cold, you can just switch on the air conditioning. We slept in complete silence (even on a weekend) and coolness. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. It's a 5-minute walk from the train station, and the metro entrance is directly opposite the hotel entrance. There are plenty of cafes, shops, supermarkets, and a shopping center all nearby. Thanks to its convenient location, you can explore the entire center of Liverpool on foot! The staff are wonderful, especially Piotr and Cosmin! Thank you so much!

GGuest UserWith Liverpool being our City of birth, the place was easy for us to find. The receptionist was very welcoming, and gave us all the information we required for our stay, making check in and check out a breeze. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we required for our stay. Having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus. Being in a city centre you can’t avoid a certain amount of outside noise, but it was nothing that earplugs didn’t sort lol There was a takeaway, a restaurant and 2 small general stores within a few minutes walk from the apartment, and we made use of the restaurant and Tesco’s whilst there. All in all it was a fabulous stay, and we would stay again.
DDavidGarciaI was supposed to relax but to start the photos nothing to do with the place, a few beds all watered , the whole floor all disregarded, the very old sofa that could not be made bed, the door was heard every time the other flat opened at the end succeeded The rest until I returned to my home to go there was only time and money lost.
WWuYuqingI booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

AAnonymous UserIt was a very adventurous experience when we checked in on the late evening. There are some complicated steps for the check-in process that we only found out after an hour.
We need to go to another main hotel to do the check-in, then park our car in another building. Then, walk another 5 minutes to the place that we booked.
Luckily, the room we booked is spacious and clean.
There is a nice Italian restaurant near the hotel!
