Always a great stay! Every time I visit Dalian, I choose this hotel for two nights. I love watching the sea, seeing the sunrise from my bed, and the Venetian Water City downstairs has a stunning night view!

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!

The location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, and other appliances all in good working order and easy to use. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned on time daily and promptly replaced towels and other items. Environment: The hotel is located opposite Donggang Venice Water Town, close to the seaside. You can enjoy beautiful night views of the sea right from your room. Service: Someone accompanied us during check-in, provided a detailed hotel introduction, and informed us of important notices. They answered all our questions thoroughly and attentively. It was a very satisfying trip!

My favorite place to stay in Dalian cannot recommend it enough Everything brand new Sea view Very close to the subway Shops downstairs open until late A bit busier area than before but that's nothing, few more shops opened around, really lively building, but still quiet,elevator not crowded There's washing machine, air conditioner that is brand new and heats the room immediately, sofa, big TV if you need Very new, very clean, apartment, peace and quiet and a great view And price off season is incredible

An absolutely amazing stay, highly recommended! I was incredibly satisfied with my stay at your hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, check-in was quick and efficient, and they even kindly upgraded my room type, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the facilities were comprehensive. The shower pressure and temperature control were especially excellent, washing away a day's fatigue. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around super easy. I particularly want to commend the room service, which was prompt and attentive to detail. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted great! Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. I previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience. It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang. Just a few minor suggestions: The navigation location isn't very accurate. The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable. The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best. I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better.

The location is excellent for tourists, with the harbour and shopping centre just a short walk away. We especially loved the stunning views, both during the day and at night. The rooms are spacious, and the sound insulation between rooms is very good, making it a comfortable place to stay. There are a few drawbacks, however. The biggest issue is that there isn’t a separate guest bathroom. Guests staying in the two guest bedrooms need to use the master ensuite to shower, which isn’t very convenient. The bedrooms also don’t have blackout curtains, so they’re quite bright at night due to the neon lights outside, and the early sunrise (around 4:00 am) makes it difficult to sleep in. We also noticed an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom drain, which persisted throughout our month-long stay. Overall, this is a very good place for a large family or group, particularly if you plan to cook your own meals and make use of the laundry facilities. With a few improvements, it would be an even better place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic! The owner is a very gentle and attentive woman. The accommodation is comfortably decorated, and the second floor of the loft has a great ceiling height. I'm an architecture student, and you can book this apartment with confidence. In terms of location, safety, and interior comfort, it's excellent value for money! It's rare to find accommodation with such good natural light at this price point! Because it was quite cold during our stay, the owner upgraded us to a loft with better underfloor heating for free. The room has a fresh air system, and the underfloor heating prevents the air from being too dry compared to other places in Shenyang. The subway station is right outside the back door, and there are many restaurants nearby. Since we were tourists, we asked the owner for recommendations, and she gave us detailed introductions to local specialties. We tried a few places, and they were indeed very good.

This was my first time staying in an apartment hotel like this, and it was surprisingly good! It was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with disposable face towels and bath towels provided. The living room was huge, and the dining table was massive, making it perfect for a family stay. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors, offering great privacy. The kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and even a mahjong table were all very practical. The location is excellent, with a supermarket, snack shops, and local specialty stores right downstairs. Xinghai Square is also within walking distance!
