My second visit to Fukuoka, but first time trying out the Crowne Plaza, as I was in town to catch the Cirque du Soleil show Kurious in Fukuoka. I took a taxi from the airport as many travelers recommended this and the distance is quite near, as Fukuoka is not a big city. However, one could also take the subway from the airport as it’s just a couple of stop to Hakata station. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from Hakata station, may take longer if it’s your first time. Most of the staff here are very friendly and helpful, I was checked in quickly and, thr room size is very large if one compares with most Japanese hotels. Room was super clean and everything works well inside. Sleep comfort was very good as well, and the breakfast room on the lobby level was very good as well, a great combination of local and western favorites. Don’t miss a wonderful ramen shop near the hotel near Hakataekimae, it’s called Hakata Ikkousha Sohonten can can be found on Yelp! It’s where the locals go, and so much better than the overrated Ichiran. I would definitely return again in the future.

Great location, a nearby station easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was terrific, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, I had a wonderful experience at the Sutton Hotel Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- into the cleaning staff was delightful and eager to help! Thank you! I will recommend it to my colleagues and family. The hotel is well-maintained. I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Fukuoka but this was one of the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in Jan 2020. The hotel location is excellent; 7 minutes walk from JR Hakata Station and 2 minutes to the Canal City shopping mall. It only takes about 10 - 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel by taxi for about JPY2,000 (less than USD20). The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Since the hotel was only opened in Jan 2020, everything is so new. We stayed in a twin bed room with a sofa bed for my teenage child. However, you still feel spacious. The room is clean and comfortable. I like the bathroom which is equipped with shower and bath-tube. There is also a public bath which is absolutely value added. The lobby is very well designed with a touch of Japanese style. When we asked the front line staff to call a taxi for us to go to the airport on our departure, the staff not only took care of our request but also led us the way from the hotel lobby to the parking where the taxi was waiting. I call this genuine service from the heart. This is the first time I give a 5-star review to a hotel. I believe they earn it and desire it, and hopefully they can keep on with it.

Swimming pool is great, even has swim cap and googles for you to borrow. Breakfast restaurant has a good spread and has mentaiko toast! the smoothie fridge is nice with ingredients in the smoothie presented.
In the room, overall it's nice, but small details that made a difference for me was [1] not enough places to hang towels or clothes in bathroom (ex. having more hooks on the wall), and [2] the chair at the writing desk is VERY heavy, and I'm pretty strong, but it feels like it is bolted to the floor.

A forest themed newly built hotel, every things well cleaned, very new and well designed. The rooms are big in Japanese standard, in which I mean you can easily open 2 large suit case and still manoeuvre around the room with ease. They offer multiple breakfast option, go for the buffet one, it’s better. They also give travellers tokens where it can be exchanged to drinks and snacks in the bar.
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the onsen, it is very modern and I encourage everyone visiting this hotel to try it out, there is also a resting area outside the onsen where coffee and ice sticks are being offered.

When it comes to booking, Trip.com filtering is easy apart from the good price! The room size is good for 2 people so we got 2 rooms for the family. It was a quick stay and as part of our honeymoon, I appreciate the gesture that the hotel had given. The location is very convenient especially when you’re just visiting the city for short trip, it is 5min walk away to the train station + Canal City for shopping. The area has nearby good restaurant options as well + 20min walk away to Don Quixote shop where you can find good souvenirs. The hotel staff is nice, amenities are organized, we have tried the “Onsen” too and was really relaxing, the area is clean and there’s also “Coin Laundry” for long-stay guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my colleagues when visiting the place.

Although the room is not big, the view outside the window is so good👍 I love it so much💕 And from the hotel, you can go downstairs to eat, shop, go to Ohori Park, Fukuoka Museum, and Art Museum, all within walking distance! I took my mother out and lived in a different place for a few days. I was so satisfied! The hotel service is also very good👍
Next time I come to Fukuoka, Hilton will definitely be my choice😍

We used it in Di Youth. It was a plan to have afternoon tea in the room, but when you open the box delivered, it's like a jewel! All delicious! I was happy to hear that the makers were devising one by one. The only request is that the box is two people, but there are only one sweets, so I thought I would like to cut it in advance or small it. The cute soda of the welcome drink was also unusual and very good. The room was chapter4 DX twin family, but it was clean and equipped with humidifiers and Illy espresso machines. The bath is separate and large and you can enjoy a multifunctional shower. I was able to spend a slow time changing to a comfortable pajamas. It is perfect for the corona pass and I wanted to use it again, but it seems that the same plan is disappearing now. I am looking forward to reconsidering you. The baked confectionery purchased next to the front desk on the return was delicious.

RRenshouThe room is very large and spacious. Before check-in, you will be informed of the lobby password and pre-chick in information by email. If you fill it out in advance, you can save the time of filling in the information on the Ipad after you arrive. After entering the lobby, use the ipad to chick in. There are English, Japanese and Chinese options. , basically click OK to the next step. There is a step in the middle where you have to pay Fukuoka tax. You can swipe your card, Apple Pay, or pay in cash. You will have a video call with the hotel staff. After paying the tax, click Next and the room number and room will appear. password to complete the check-in procedure.

GGuest UserWe spent 4 nights at the end of December 2023 at Grand Base Fukuoka. The room seemed a little smaller than the photos, however was alright for our family of 4 including 8 and 11yo kids. Much appreciated was the modern bathroom with shower and self-filling bath tub, and the washing machine. Would have liked slightly wider double beds and space for more seating in the living/ dinner area (the couch was just cosy for 2 people). We had to wait a little while for another guest to complete their procedure to check in at the terminal (for some reason I couldn’t click the link to pre-check-in on the website. Maybe as I am not a resident?). There was some server connection error but once I called the help number on the counter they helped me out. We sought help two more times when we keyed in the wrong room code and for help to book an early morning taxi. The first was dealt with helpfully, the latter was not so successful as the staff eventually explained they couldn’t help with booking taxis (we managed to book via the Go app eventually). The location was convenient - we walked most places - to Canal City, the Tenjin underground market. All about 10-15 minutes walk. We also walked about 7 minutes to catch the bus to Ohori Park. Overall a smooth stay.

GGAYOUNGTenjin and Hakata Station are both about 20 minutes away on foot. It might feel far, but I booked it cheaply. Haha I like walking, so it wasn't a problem. There's a bus stop right in front of the accommodation, and the subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, which is nice. There's a fridge, TV, and port. There are also bathroom amenities. The shampoo and body wash aren't disposable, but the cleanser and lotion are disposable, so that's good. The toothbrush is a bit rough, but I brought all my facial products. There were 3 foot towels and face towels in my room, and I could get more if I needed them. I went at the end of November, but you have to turn on the heater. It was a bit cold. I went shopping, came back to the accommodation, put my luggage down, and went out again. It's secretly close to Tenjin. The soundproofing isn't bad. There was someone in the room next to me, but I didn't hear much noise. I only heard someone talking once during the 3 nights and 4 days. I'm very satisfied. But I think you should check in carefully before going! I got a message on the app asking how to check in. It might be a good idea to check it out and send an email in advance. I had a staff member, but if there wasn't one, it would have been really difficult..? There was a mailbox-like box at the entrance, and they gave me my room key from there. To take the elevator, I had to insert the key into what looked like a common entrance and open the door to the elevator..ㅋㅋ It was nice.

For a young adult, it takes about 10 minutes to get to Hakata Station.
Yodobashi Camera, Ropia Supermarket, Daiso, Family Mart, Lawson, close proximity, udon restaurant, very close proximity.
It's close to the station, but it's quiet because it's inside a residential office.
It's a perfect place to come with kids or parents.
It was clean, but there was a little dust on the living room floor.
Still, I will visit again next time^^

GGuest UserThe apartment is pretty spacious which is good for a group of friends or family. A 7-11 is located within a minute of walk which is very convenient in terms of getting groceries or supplies if needed. Given it’s unmanned, so guests will need to be mindful of the emails sent from the hotel service team which contained the check in information, nonetheless, I found the check in and out process quite smooth. Really enjoyed the stay and had a great time with my mates.

GGuest UserOverall, it was clean. The only exception was a kitchen knife (it didn't matter since I didn't cook anyway) and a spare blanket that covered the outlet, so it took a while to find it. Also, the outlet was too far away and the location was vague, so it would be better to have a long cord or a multi-tap! The spare blanket was full of dust. The location is close to Tenjin Station and LaLaport is really close by foot. There are toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, treatment, and body wash, but I recommend bringing your own toothbrush because it doesn't fit well. The hair dryer was hot and dried well, which was nice. They gave me plenty of towels, so I don't think you need to bring your own. And the most inconvenient thing was that there was no Wi-Fi... No, it just didn't work... So I couldn't use YouTube, Netflix, or my phone comfortably. Despite that, it wasn't bad. There were many good things, such as the comfortable atmosphere, overall cleanliness, the fact that there was no room key and it was in the form of a password, so you don't have to worry about losing it, and the fact that there was a smoking area right below the entrance of the hotel, so I think you can use it with reference to it!

The location is good, quiet and clean. It's about 15min walking distance from Hakata Station. There got a family mart in 10min walking distance.
The room is very clean. There got some amenities facilities as the pictures shows.
As a nutshell, I will recommend it to my friends who going to travel in Foukouka.

GGuest UserValue for money! Especially very good for Family of 4 pax to stay together. Just need to walk within 10 mins can reach 博多車站 shopping and dining centre! The room is spacious with a dining and sitting area. Clean, just a bit dusty in area near window. Washroom and bathroom is very clean and spacious. With all necessary amenities. Without staff for check in, better read clearly their email Instruction and do pre-registration, then will be no worry. Take taxi from airport there just under yen2000 and within 10 mins. Will stay here in the future.

Ffran_oisp636We stayed 3 nights in A Good Day and it’s honestly difficult to find something to complain about. As its name suggests it, the hotel is located along the Naka river, a bit south of the Nakasu island, 15 minute walk from the Hakata station. We took actually the time to walk in the neighborhood, full of small and cute shrines, gardens and cozy and cool restaurants and bars. It was actually nicer to discover this neighborhood and much more outside the common tourist areas, which was fine by us. The personal is incredibly nice, the room are clean and very practical, the breakfast is a mix between continental and Japanese. We had a great stay, highly recommendable. The only bémol for us was the powerful green light of the smoke alarm system (I think) on the bedroom’s ceiling. It was really powerful and can be annoying during the night.

GGuest UserI didn't get an email even after an hour of check-in time. Fortunately, I contacted the Trip.com customer center and received a password. The bed was turned off, but it doesn't hurt to sleep. The details are dirty, but all the acquaintances I went with were satisfied. Wi-Fi is fast. There is a dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. It was nice because it was wider than I thought. 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station and 3 minutes walk from Family Mart and 7-Eleven!
