The location is one stop next to main Hakata station, conveniently located with lawson, familymart and a aeon nearby. The room is not large, but a good deal comparing to nearby hotel. However, the cleaning before checking in seems bad because there is 2 lags of trash (left by previous customers), so we immediately emailed the owner. Not a nice experience but they did resolve the problem within the day.

This is a guesthouse located in an apartment building. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. It's not far from Higashi-Hie subway station, within walking distance. It's also close to the airport, a taxi ride costs less than 2000 JPY. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, so the location is pretty convenient. There are two downsides, though: first, the soundproofing isn't great, and second, cigarette smoke drifts in from other rooms.

Really love the hotel, even from balcony can see plane park and the front door has a river view. Super recommended🫶🏻👍🏻 Better to pre-check in rather than check in on the site. Honestly it’s easy to check in if you just read the instructions clearly. Definitely will come back.

The room is much bigger than usual hotel in Japan. The view here is nice and the transportation is so convenient. Only one station away from Hakata.

Good location, 5 min walk from the nearest subway station. 1 station away from the airport. Supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby. Very clean and quiet. 4 of us stayed. 2 slept on the bed, 2 slept on the futon on the floor. Good for family.

🚨 SCAM ALERT – AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🚨 This place is NOT a hotel, only a tiny apartment, and the listing is completely misleading. We booked for 3 people. The website promised 1 queen bed + futon for 2 people, but in reality there was ONLY one super single bed and a paper-thin futon. This is false advertising. Even worse, the check-in code DID NOT WORK. We were left standing outside in freezing weather for over 30 minutes trying to contact them. When they finally responded, they claimed to speak English, then immediately said they don’t speak English. Total chaos and zero professionalism. They blamed the “system”, but this is clearly their own failure to prepare properly, turning a simple check-in into a nightmare and completely ruining our day. The ONLY positive is the location near the subway. Everything else is terrible — service, honesty, communication. ❌ DO NOT BOOK ❌ WASTE OF MONEY ❌ EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT

The apartment is well-equipped inside and has a very cozy layout. It's very convenient to stay in the apartment with children, as there's a microwave and washing machine available. It's also very close to both the airport and the station.
