The hotel was clean, but crowded, the staff is not the friendliest, but the service was OK, the pool was small, and the hot tub was filled with people.

My girls and myself had a wonderful experience at Four Season. Staff are friendly, helpful and provided with flexibility in terms of check-in or check-out arrangement. The room is just perfect, either cleanliness or settings. Food was great. re-visit is a MUST.

The staff wouldn't get out of their way to assist us in getting to the hotel, even in heavy snow. It was a waste of a phone call.
On arrival, their attitude was consistently cold. The hotel is dated, basking in its past glory. Most staff are cold, but a handful of them are very friendly and helpful (most of them are cleaners), considering we stayed 2 weeks, we have come across many staff members.
The kitchen is very basically equipped with poor quality equipment. The balcony door is poorly sealed, there's a constant draught into the room.
One of the reasons we booked this hotel was its billiard room, but it's in their bar, I thought it would be family friendly.
Situated close to the Gondola, great for skiers.
I don't recommend it for families, and it's poor value for money.

This hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for
just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!

Excellent location, just at the central village, walk thru the entire village easily. Nice clean room even not big, but what you need are well equiped. I have a kitchen with all kinds of kitchenwares, better to stay more days in next time. Very friendly frontdesk people and room keeper.
Pay $24 for tight room car parking with no EV charger in hotel is not a good idea. For guest with EV, a solution is to check in after 4 pm, then park your car in conference centre (just located in opposite side of the hotel) after 5 pm with only $6.25 (5:00pm till 10:00am) and charge your EV at level 2 charger $1/hr to get a fully charge. Perfect match the hotel check out time.
Overall experience, worth to stay and buy more food for meals in room!

The room size is very large. The two Queen beds can sleep four people without any problem. In fact, four bathrobes are provided in the room. The restaurant's steaks and soups are made on the spot in front of the table and are very delicious. October is the off-season, and a four-course set meal only costs 60 Canadian dollars. The hotel facilities are very complete, and it should be a five-star standard for such a remote mountain.

Got a last minute booking for this hotel. No complaints! Check in/out quick and easy. Hotel staff was friendly, king deluxe room was spacious and clean. The temperature was comfortable and cozy even with outside temps below 20F. Enjoyed having a kitchenette space. Forgot my phone charger and there’s an iPad for complimentary use with a charger I was able to use. Only stayed one night and it offered all I needed—right in the village, clean space, comfy bed (on the firmer side), good amenities.

Location in the heart of the WHISLTER resort.
The ski slopes are a 3-minute walk away.
The room is a duplex unit on the upper and lower floors.
The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a parking lot, so you need to walk 10 minutes to a nearby parking space.

The location right in the village is perfect for dining and shopping. Access to trails are also convenient. The room is on the small size and so are the beds. But the room looks like it has been renovated with new furniture and new bathroom counter and tub as well. Swimming pool is on the small size as well as the jacuzzi.

Excellent
Stayed in room 207 again at Legends. Have to say this property and this room (1 Bedroom + Den) is absolutely great for us. We have a family of 4 and there are two pullout coaches, so with two teen boys they both got their own bed! We have found staying on the 2nd floor is very beneficial. This room is a great location for getting luggage in the room, accessing the ski hill (can see the upgraded Creekside gondola from the room ~100m away!) and has easy access to the games room, fitness center and the pool deck areas with BBQ's, all of which is on the 2nd floor. Pool area gets a bit of a ski hill view and has a great pool with two hot tubs, one tub geared for adult's and one for families. Was great to go BBQ there and have some drinks in the hot tub. The rooms are well appointed and have everything you need to cook as we did. Well stocked kitchen and had all the comforts of home. Creekside village is super neat. Not huge but has a lot of the necessities. The bus stop is right out front and easy to go to the main village. We walked to the village one day and that was super pretty walking along the lakes, it was abut ~5k and would recommend that if able. We wouldn't hesitate from staying at Legends again. 10/10 for us.
RRealMissDeeOur stay at Evolution made as rethink going to a regular hotel the next time we are in Whistler (previously stayed at the Fairmount Hotel’s ). It’s located on Creekside so not in the village. Our suite was clean, spacious, with modern amenities - higher end appliances, huge soaker tub and shower, heated bathroom floors, a fireplace - everything a family would need. I was impressed they even provided dishwasher pods and laundry soap. The pool was small but available to book to keep the numbers low due to COVID-19. We also appreciated the 11:00 am check out. We will return and hopefully by then the games room, sauna, steam room and gym will be opened.
GGuest UserDeer Lodge unit 216: Okay, won’t stay again. The building is older, the unit is okay. There is NO central air, a mobile unit was in the bedroom but that did not adequately cool the living area. The AC was not on to cool the unit in advance (after stating our arrival). Towel supply - only 3 face clothes and still had mascara stains on one. Toilet Paper - < 3 rolls for three days for three woman. Small rolls of TP. Cleanliness - dust bunnies in corners. Bedding was tossed into closet, not folded. Unit IS well stocked in kitchen. The pool are is nice. The pool could have been cleaner one day and was good the second day. The floor was ver slippery and people were slipping. However, our response is due to the fact we called and requested more toilet paper, face cloths and soap (2 small provided). This resulted in receiving two phone calls asking if we checked under the sink for face cloths. The second call was saying that the owner said there was adequate T.P. We were questioned about how much we needed and there was adequate amounts supplied. My RESPONSE to the person calling was I understood he was not the problem and I was not going to defend what we required and we would purchase our own supplies. This is the reason for a negative review. Customer service is not great!
