In the ancient town of Daxu Xinchang, Chengdu, there is a century-old historical image museum, the theme is "Years left, old shadows from Chengdu, Canada", the exhibition is from 1892 to 1952, from 60 years, Canada nearly 1,000 medical and educational volunteers came to Sichuan, China from Canada. These volunteers, at the age of the gentry, gave up the living conditions of Canada's affluent life, and left their life years, knowledge and skills, and family memories here. They opened the first Western medicine clinic in western China and created the West China Union University, which is a dentist-oriented and a liberal arts-oriented university. After work, they recorded the Sichuan area with a camera and took more than 3,000 precious pictures. The museum displays more than 1,000 old photographs provided by their descendants.
