A park in Taka Town, Hyogo Prefecture. It is located on Route 427. Visited during the off-season when lavender is not in bloom. It was like a time when lavender was being maintained. There are quite a lot of lavender, so it seems to be a pretty beautiful cherry blossom viewing spot if it is on season.
