Nanshangu Temple

Nanshan Temple is quite far from the ancient town of Xinchang, and this road is relatively deserted. It is said that it is an ancient temple. At first glance, the building is quite new. The area is not small, the layout is square, and the Daxiongbao Temple is more impressive on the high platform. The temple is very quiet and it is worthy of being a Buddhist gate renovation site. The ancient ginkgo behind the temple is a separate courtyard, can not be near the tree, can only look up at the tree crown.

Go to Xinchang Ancient Town to play, by the way to see Nanshan Temple, the ancient town is quite a lot of roads. First see the two ancient ginkgos behind the temple (strange why not plant in front of the temple?), then walk to the main entrance, ginkgo in a separate small courtyard. But compared with the bustling of the ancient town, the temple looks very quiet. The temple is solemn, the layout is quite satisfactory, and the building looks quite good.

Since 2001, the Daxiong Temple, the Temple of Heavenly Kings, the East and West Wings, the Yuantong Temple, etc. have been restored, and the original appearance of the ancient temple has been gradually restored. Nanshan Temple is commonly known as Nanxun and is located at the southern end of Xinchang Street. Yuan Dade ten years (1306), monk Xi built, the first name "Chang Jilin", Qing Shunzhi early, monk Jiuru rebuilt, easy to name Nanshan Temple, also known as Nanshan Temple. There is Leizu Pavilion in the old, Nantianmen has not been reviled. According to the investigation of the county religious affairs department in 84 years, "Nanshan Temple has 38 houses, and the original statues in the temple are like come, Sakya, Guanyin, Leizu and other Buddha statues.
