Visit to the Sangli Fort.
This place has a good history behind it. It would be good to have a well scripted write up. Entry should be charged. That would find the upkeep of this place.
Beautiful land fort
The fort is centrally located in the historical city of Sangli. The fort has museum inside, a big darbar hall, big bastion and three arches opposite to darbar hall. The royal family of Patwardhan hold...
Small fortress
It is small fortress built by Patwardhans. Beautiful darbar and Ganesh temple inside. Photography not allowed inside. Previously this part was used as court but now its shifted.

Recently again renovated and brought to beauty again. You may even see some Cannons kept in the vicinity

This fort is in Sangli city, easily reachable. Nice and clean fort. One may relate it with History. Good place to hangout with friends
