1. Before use

• Device compatibility: Before purchasing, make sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked (not locked to a carrier or contract). If you cannot use the eSIM because your device is incompatible or carrier-locked, you can request a refund directly from the order page, provided the plan has not been activated.

• Installation errors: If an error appears during installation, first go to “Mobile Network/Cellular” in your device settings to check whether the eSIM profile has already been added successfully. Do not scan the same eSIM QR Code again after successful installation, or the system will display “Invalid QR Code” or “Unable to continue installation”.

• Data-only plan: This product provides mobile data only. It does not include a phone number or support traditional voice calls or SMS services.

• Device binding and deletion warning: Once installed, the eSIM is bound to that device and cannot be transferred to another device. If accidentally deleted, it can be reinstalled on the original device.

2. Activation and use

• [Installation timing] We recommend installing before departure or after arriving at your destination. If you connect within the coverage area earlier, the validity period may start earlier.

• [Key settings] Turn on Data Roaming: After installation, select this eSIM as the primary line for “Cellular Data” in Settings, and make sure Data Roaming is turned on for this eSIM.

• [Original SIM settings] To receive verification codes or text messages sent to your original number in your home country, keep your original physical SIM/original eSIM enabled and set it as the default “Voice/Calls” line. To avoid high roaming charges, be sure to turn off “Data Roaming” for your original number and turn off “Allow Cellular Data Switching”.

3. Additional notes

• Fair Usage Policy (FUP): To ensure fair allocation of network resources, the local carrier may dynamically reduce speeds or impose temporary restrictions on users who consume extremely large amounts of data in a short time. To maintain a stable connection, avoid prolonged ultra-high-definition video streaming, large file downloads, system updates, and heavy hotspot data sharing whenever possible.

• Network coverage and speed: Actual speeds and the signal indicator (4G/5G) may vary depending on factors such as local carrier base station coverage, terrain, obstruction by tall buildings, weather, and device frequency band compatibility.

• Restrictions on specific apps: Some apps with strict network security requirements, such as mobile banking, certain payment tools, specific streaming platforms, and corporate VPNs, may restrict access based on IP geolocation or the service provider's security policies.
