House of World Cultures

A fantastic building along the beautiful Spray River, mainly used for exhibitions, is currently not open in renovation, only to see the river cafe is still open in the back. You can only look outside at the building itself!

The World Cultural Palace is an exhibition hall made by an American organization. At present, it is similar to a convention center and Exhibition hall. I don't think it looks as good as the strategy says. It's just an arc.
