Sales conditions

• Can only be sold to or used by residents of Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, England, Estonia, Faeroer, Finland, FYR Macedonia, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, San Marino, Scotland, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican and Wales. 
• Not valid in the country of residence of the client (only two journeys allowed in the home country to leave and return).
• Pass must be activated within eleven months after purchasing date, and before the first travel, through the Eurail Rail Planner App .
• Seat/bed reservations for mandatory bookable trains still need to be purchased and are an additional cost to the rail pass. Seat reservations may be limited on some services, advance bookings are recommended (reservations are booked via the Rail Planner app or at the train station).
• Discounts available:

- Senior: for passengers 60 and over

- Youth: for passengers under 28

- Children

4-11: free in the limit of 2 children by paying adult otherwise a youth

pass should be purchased. Seat/bed reservations for mandatory bookable

trains still need to be purchased.

Children under 4: free (except if a reservation for a separate seat/bed is required)

After sales policy

A 100% refund applies to completely unused and unactivated passes. Request must be submitted no later than six months from the last possible activation date indicated on the mobile Pass. No refund on partially used pass.

Ticketing method

A mobile Pass is a paperless ticket that can be added instantly to a phone - No need to choose a start date until the moment of the travel - Instant delivery – add it straight to the Eurail/Interrail Rail Planner app (minimal requirements are: Android 6.0 / iOS 10.0 / iPhone 5)
