The Palace Museum
The first recommendation is the Forbidden City! It's like the map of ancient China, with five hundred years of royal secrets hidden here. If you have the chance, you must come and take a royal selfie!
Summer Palace
The Summer Palace is a paradise in Beijing, which is breathtaking. Not only can you see magnificent buildings, but also appreciate the charm of royal gardens. Don't forget to capture your 'autumn appreciation' expression on the promenade, that's the advanced way to play!
Great Wall
No matter which section you go to, you can feel the weight of history. Climb up, take pictures when you come down, sunbathe, post photos, and tell your friends: I'm on the Great Wall, where are you?
Temple of Heaven Park
The Temple of Heaven Park is a place with a strong cultural atmosphere, not only beautiful buildings, but also leisurely old Beijing life. The elderly are dancing and practicing Tai Chi, which feels like traveling through time. Here, you can feel the harmony of the old and the modern.
798 Art District
Stepping out of the ancient royal atmosphere and coming to the 798 Art District, it's time to feel the modern trendy art of Beijing! There are graffiti, sculptures, galleries, and all kinds of cool art works. Don't miss this art carnival!
Tanzhe Temple
Not far from the city center, there is a temple hidden in the mountains, Tanzhe Temple. The environment here is pleasant, the air is fresh, it is a good place to relax your mind. Don't forget to taste the vegetarian food, try meditation, and feel the mysterious power of nature.
Whether you like modern architecture, natural scenery or cultural history, Beijing has places that will make you linger. Don't forget to check in and share your Beijing adventure, so that more people can also feel the charm of this city!
Beijing 798 Art Center is a place full of artistic atmosphere. Although some museums are not open, the works displayed in the museums are very interesting. Various art forms, such as painting, sculpture, photography, etc., are presented here, allowing you to enjoy a variety of art works. However, sometimes it may be a bit boring to visit, perhaps because individuals are not very interested in certain art forms. However, this does not hinder the value and attraction of the overall Art Center itself. If you are interested in art and like to explore different art expressions, Beijing 798 Art Center is still a place to visit.
The 798 Art District is a quirky area that I did not expect to find in China’s capital of Beijing. I visited on a weekday morning, so there were not many people but friends have said they attended events here on the weekends and evenings and met artists and interesting people from all over the world. I found some nice cafes there and of course, various art shops, statues, and murals. Very Instagram-worthy!
798 never lacks of interesting things. One museum that I really love to visit is the Meet You Museum, which may have 3 different exhibitions at the same time. I bought a half-year membership and it was well worth-it.
Exhibitions are interesting and novel
The experience is very good, and I have a deeper understanding of the history and culture of Samsung Dui.
This should be the most fun exhibition of 798, related to science. Bring children must go to ~~~ is highly recommended. The light inside is a bit dark, and children too young may be a little scared. It is appropriate for 7 years old.
Not fun
