Immediately after booking the tour, I received a message in English via WeChat regarding the tour's meeting place. The guide only communicated in Chinese, so I received messages via WeChat and used translation to understand them. The tour's final stop and disbanding point was "Peacock Oriental City, opposite the Nanhang Pearl Hotel." That's where we dispersed. Those returning towards the Railway Bureau can take BRT Line 1 from the final stop and get off at "Railway Bureau." Since it had been a while since I'd participated in a group tour, I initially felt a little restricted by moving along a set itinerary as a group. However, the guide managed the time well, and their explanations were detailed and easy to understand. All the participants were also very punctual and followed the rules properly, making the sightseeing smooth from start to finish. Ultimately, I think I was able to enjoy Tianchi Lake in the Tianshan Mountains more efficiently and safely than if I had visited individually. Incidentally, I opted for Line 3 and hiked to the summit. I highly recommend it! The final stop was in front of the Orange Hotel (Gangzi Hotel) on Youhua South Road.

I went on this tour today and at first I was nervous about it because my Chinese skills are still in progress, but right away the company, our driver, and the other group members made me feel at ease. Everyone included me and they all tried their best to help me understand when my language skills were lacking. Our driver, Mister Chen, was incredibly friendly and he made sure to ask us what we preferred every step of the way. He gave sound advice on suggested activities and allowed us plenty of time to explore each place and take as many photos as we wanted. There was never any sense of being rushed like on big group tours. Mister Chen even bought us a watermelon to share at lunch time which was so thoughtful! If you take this tour, I’d highly recommend you request him! The tour is very well planned and there was clear communication throughout. Overall this was an excellent experience and I would recommend it to anyone!

I booked the tour online through Trip.com, and Maggie contacted me within an hour to confirm the tour details. Maggie was particularly helpful and accommodating, as we wanted to tailor and add Mount Muztagh Glacier to our itinerary. We received our driver's information the night before our day tour – providing peace of mind. On the day, Mr. Jiao, our guide, was hospitable and attentive to customers. He has excellent knowledge and was attentive throughout. When we set off, he bought drinking water early in the morning. When we arrived at Mount Muztagh with high alpity, he went to buy an oxygen tank again. When we had some mild high-altition, he carefully slowed down the car. We were very satisfied with the whole tour. Mr. Jiao was warm and hospitable, and very attentive to his customers. He was very knowledgeable and considerate of everything along the way. He bought drinking water for us well in advance. When we experienced altitude sickness at Muztagh Ata, he bought oxygen cylinders. He carefully reminded us when we had mild altitude sickness and slowed down the car; he's a very thoughtful person. We were very satisfied with the entire trip, including the journey through Baisha Mountain, Muztagh Ata, and the Pamir Plateau 👍🏼, and it was full of laughter. 😊
