The pools and the general pool area are nice and clean. However, the reception and restaurant staff were rude and completely uninterested in their job. This applies particularly to the ladies at reception who didn’t even bother to hide their feelings. We had a voucher for drinks and snacks that came with the ticket but the restaurant staff were insisting that we can only use it after 4pm. It was only through arguing that we were able to get them. Not the nicest experience

The park is amazing the website does not do it justice. It is huge and set out beautifully. Cafe/snack bar great and you can also take own food in. You need a whole day to take advantage of all the areas. Really fantastic day.
