I used it in Manila. Activation was problem-free, the speed was normal, and it was comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi at the hotel where I stayed was unstable, and I bought this SIM for situations like that, but this SIM also didn't connect very well. I think this is an infrastructure issue rather than a problem with the SIM's performance. Outside of the hotel, it connected without problems almost everywhere.
