The 1000 Islands Cruise from Gananoque with entry to Boldt Castle was one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we boarded, everything was well organized and the staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly. The cruise itself was incredibly scenic, with breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River, beautiful cottages, historic mansions, and countless picturesque islands. The onboard commentary was informative and added so much to the experience by sharing the fascinating history of the region. Boldt Castle was absolutely stunning and well worth the visit. The castle, gardens, and grounds are beautifully maintained, and the romantic story behind its construction makes it even more memorable. We had plenty of time to explore and take photos before returning to the boat.
