Yang Ting, a beautiful and kind tour guide in Zhangjiajie I made a special trip from Ningxia to Zhangjiajie this time. The scenery along the way was absolutely stunning, and I was even more fortunate to meet the exceptionally good tour guide, Yang Ting, which made my entire trip exceptionally comfortable and fulfilling – a truly unforgettable experience! Before departure, Yang Ting was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. The night before, she proactively messaged me privately, carefully informing me of the meeting point for the next day. She also thoughtfully reminded us of the hot weather in Hunan, repeatedly urging us to take precautions against sunburn and heatstroke, drink plenty of water, and make sure we were well-prepared for the next day's itinerary. Her attention to detail was truly remarkable. The next day, I met Yang Ting at the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. She was elegant, gentle, and beautiful, with a soft and pleasant voice. Throughout the trip, she clearly explained the sights using a microphone, demonstrating professionalism and patience. She answered every question we had in detail, never giving a perfunctory answer. During the hike, she was always mindful of the group's safety, repeatedly reminding us to watch our step and be careful of the path. Considering everyone's fatigue from the climb, she proactively arranged rest breaks and reminded us to use the restroom, managing the pace exceptionally well throughout the trip, making it relaxed and enjoyable. What touched me most was her tireless efforts; she proactively helped everyone queue for tickets and patiently took many beautiful photos of Tianmen Cave for me, demonstrating excellent photography skills and dedication. She was responsible and attentive throughout the entire trip without complaint. Throughout the trip, our guide, Yang Ting, was poised, gentle, patient, and incredibly kind, treating everyone with sincerity and enthusiasm. After the tour, she thoughtfully escorted us down the mountain and meticulously guided us to the bus stops, providing impeccable service throughout. This trip to Zhangjiajie was not only breathtakingly beautiful, but also filled with the warmth and professionalism of our guide, Yang Ting. I sincerely thank her for her attentive companionship and care throughout the trip, making me feel incredibly welcome despite the long journey. I wish the kind and wonderful guide, Yang Ting, continued success in her work, a bright future, and peace and prosperity every year!

When purchasing tickets, I asked customer service if they would help me buy rain gear or raincoats for rainy days. They said I needed to bring my own. Our tour guide, a young woman, was very attentive; she helped me buy raincoats on the day of the tour, patiently explaining the pictures and attractions. In contrast, I didn't hear any explanations from other large tour guides. The night before, she also double-checked my hotel accommodations and picked me up early the next morning. Unfortunately, it rained and was foggy on the mountain that day, limiting the number of attractions I could visit. I didn't want to get wet anymore, and my shoes were already soaked, so I just wanted to get down the mountain as soon as possible. Thankfully, the fog cleared when I descended, and the Tianmen Cave appeared for about 10 minutes when I reached the square, making the trip worthwhile. Going up the mountain in the rain was wet and cold, which was quite unpleasant, but the ethereal scenery had a unique charm.

Tianmen Mountain is definitely worth visiting; the scenery at the top is beautiful! There's an elevator now, although there are still some sections to walk, including steps and stairs, so even elderly people can manage, as long as they're not too physically challenged. You don't have to backtrack, and there are rest stops along the way. I went on a weekday morning, and it was quite crowded. If you start at 9 am, you should finish around 4 pm. Our guide, Xiao Li, was very attentive. One last small suggestion: could we go earlier if the guide suggested it before we left?

The 1 day tour for the Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain, was great! Our guide Freya was fantastic, very kind and constantly taking care of us all the time. Thanks to her, we saw all the things that left unforgettable memories! Thanks Freya from me and on behalf of my mother! If you have limited time like we do, this tour is for you, 2 in 1 day!
