This trip was an excellent experience. The itinerary was very well planned, the connections between attractions were smooth, and the pacing was excellent—full of activities without feeling rushed. A special thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Xue, for her professional service. Her explanations were vivid and detailed, her time management was precise, and she was always attentive to the needs of the group members, taking care of everyone's needs. It was a very enjoyable trip, and I highly recommend it!

All the attractions were absolutely beautiful! The itinerary was very well-organized; I don't know how much time it would have taken me to go on my own. I've been on several tours in Sapporo, but personally, the Lake Toya tour was the best. It wasn't a crowded tour spot; it was peaceful, the natural scenery was beautiful, and being able to quietly wander around local cafes and restaurants was truly healing. Next time, I'd love to take my parents and do the Biei tour one day and the Lake Toya tour the next. Haha. The guide took great photos at every spot, so I got lots of pretty shots and made wonderful memories. Thank you!

I specifically chose a tour that met in my hotel lobby, which was very convenient. This was an international tour, and our guide, Vivi Tang, was fantastic. She provided clear explanations in Chinese, English, and Japanese, was very responsible, introduced delicious food, and proactively helped with taking photos. The last stop, Mitsui Outlet Mall, was a great place to shop, and if you wanted to shop longer, you could leave the group and head home on your own. The entire trip was well-planned, we enjoyed various beautiful sights, and had a wonderful time!

First of all, our driver and guide, Takeda, was extremely polite, meticulous, and attentive to all our group members. Secondly, the itinerary for each attraction was very well-planned, allowing us to experience Hokkaido's natural scenery more deeply – it was definitely worthwhile.
