Traveling with elderly people and children is most challenging because of the itinerary planning, especially in Qingdao, a hilly area. Driving is difficult due to unfamiliarity with routes, limited driving skills, parking problems, and varying taxi driver quality. Taking public transportation like buses and subways involves long waits, and some stations lack accessible facilities, making it truly exhausting. Luckily, I chose this car rental service, which solved all my problems. Thanks to Director Yang's meticulous planning, the entire trip went smoothly. We visited Laoshan Yangkou, Qingshan Fishing Village, tea gardens, and sampled local delicacies – we didn't miss a thing. The biggest fear when planning a trip during the May Day holiday is crowds and traffic jams. Director Yang arranged for us to depart for Laoshan at 8 am, a place I'd been longing to visit. Because my child needed to get up early, we contacted Director Yang at the last minute and left around 7 am. Without hesitation, Director Yang immediately picked us up from the hotel. We went to Laoshan Mountain, and the tour guide thoughtfully provided Laoshan mineral water on the bus. Throughout the trip, the guide patiently introduced Qingdao's history and culture, as well as the features of the attractions we visited. They even sent us photos of the tour route map and took a very convenient shortcut directly to the ticket gate. They reminded us of safety precautions, took photos for us throughout the trip, and were very considerate. Because we traveled during off-peak season, there were no traffic jams. The only things we encountered were beautiful scenery, delicious food, and lovely tea gardens. Our guide, Yang, accompanied us throughout the trip, even taking us to the hotel elevator. I am especially grateful to Yang for the overall arrangements and thoughtful service, which allowed me to fulfill my dream of easily and comfortably climbing Laoshan Mountain with my elderly parents and a child under two years old during the crowded May Day holiday. Meeting a kindred spirit in a foreign land is a wonderful experience. Thank you, Yang, for your companionship. I hope to travel with you again next time I visit Qingdao, and I also hope that Qingdao's tourism environment will continue to improve!

Today, I went to Laoshan with my colleagues, and the private car we booked was such a pleasant surprise! The driver was incredibly nice, easy-going, and enthusiastic. He was smiling the whole way and even thoughtfully took us to all the popular photo spots, helping us take pictures. The entire trip was a super comfortable experience. He even dropped us off directly at the end at Licun Night Market. The itinerary was perfectly planned, making it worry-free and enjoyable! A full five-star review! I'll definitely choose this company again next time and recommend it to my friends!
