This trip to Indonesia was tiring, requiring many late nights and even getting stuck in traffic, almost causing me to oversleep and miss the sunrise, but it was absolutely worth it! Pictures can't capture the beauty of the outdoors. I'm so grateful to have such a great team; their service was impeccable. Before booking, my concierge, Tina, repeatedly revised my itinerary but remained incredibly helpful, never getting impatient with my numerous questions. The customer service in the group chat was responsive throughout, assisting with communication whenever needed. The driver was warm, kind, and drove very smoothly, helping us take photos, carrying our bags, and communicating with locals. The Bromo jeep ride was quite bumpy, but it made for great photos. There was also a lot of dust in the mountains, so I highly recommend wearing old shoes. It was freezing cold in the early morning, even for someone from the south like me, and the driver brought us hot tea. I'll definitely use Ctrip again for my next trip and will recommend it to family and friends – it's reliable!

I checked many tour groups, but none of them offered day trips to Bromo and Sewu. My companion wanted to see both in one day, so I chose this company. We stayed in the city center, so we set off early. The driver was incredibly enthusiastic 😭😭😭. My bag was heavy, and he offered to carry it for me. He accompanied us the whole way. I didn't check the weather forecast beforehand, and it rained that day, so I missed the sunrise, which was a little disappointing. But the next day, the driver actually sent me the photos he had taken, which touched me deeply. Although the itinerary was tight (at our request), it was incredibly enjoyable. I booked all three of my tours with this company, and the customer service representative was also excellent; I really liked her. For Sewu Falls, I recommend bringing an extra set of clothes because the air is very misty. Our guide at Sewu Falls was also amazing; he took over 400 photos for us without charging a cent 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺. My companion and I were so happy that we gave him a small tip. We didn't bring many clothes, and we caught a slight chill and a cold when we got back. We had some medicine bought at the front desk, which was very helpful, but I still hope everyone will bring an extra layer if they go. We also went horseback riding. I rode a rainbow white horse, my first time riding, but I was quite steady. All the guides and drivers on this day tour were excellent. Although we didn't see the sunrise, we still had a great day. Oh, and our Jump van driver was also great at taking photos; he even gave me posing tips and took a bunch of pictures with my camera – fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Surabaya was a lot of fun, and I would definitely go again if I had the chance. I still have other volcanoes to see, so I highly recommend this tour!!!

Okay I know Bromo is on every Instagram feed ever but trust me it actually hits different in real life. We got there before dawn, it was foggy and cold and kind of eerie then the sun came up and painted everything orange. Our guide drove us through the sea of sand like it was nothing, so calm and efficient. Nothing felt rushed. Spanish guys in our group said it was the best day of their whole Asia trip. Agreed.
