The photo of the inside of the bus is slightly different, but overall everything is fine, and the driver drove the bus quite comfortably. The photos in the picture and the inside are a bit different, of course, but that's okay.★

My wife and I will always be deeply grateful to Trang for what she did for us during our Vietnam trip. We accidentally left our pouch at the Nhat Duong bus office in Ho Chi Minh City, containing our passports and USD 600 — all the money we had for our entire trip. We were terrified and completely panicked. The moment I contacted Trang, she took our worry as her own and went far beyond her responsibilities. From early morning until late evening, she tirelessly coordinated with everyone, from the bus driver and cleaners to the office staff, refusing to give up until our pouch was found and safely returned to us on the next bus, with everything untouched. Trang, we honestly cannot thank you enough. Your kindness, dedication, and genuine care meant more to us than words can express. At a time when we felt helpless, you gave us hope, peace of mind, and the chance to continue our trip happily. Our first experience on a sleeper bus. My husband and I loved it. We took the top two berths. The space between them was uncomfortable. I put a sweater under myself. We then realized the air conditioning was too strong. I asked the driver for an extra blanket for the return trip. A sweater would definitely come in handy. The cabins have curtains, making for a private sleeping area. The driver drove carefully. We slept the entire way. There was a screen and Wi-Fi. There was a restroom on the bus.★

The car was nice, spacious, and clean. They provided water and wet wipes. There was a hygiene stop, and we were driven straight from the hotel to the hotel. BUT, I had to contact the manager myself through support. No one contacted me 24 hours in advance (as stated in the ad) with trip details (what time from where to where). As a result, we weren't sure whether we'd be going until late the night before (and we were leaving at 9:30). The manager was very slow to respond, like, once an hour. Keep in mind for the future—no complaints about the car, only the organizational issues that left much to be desired.
