Reviews: Worry-free preferred - Safari World Bangkok 1-day tour|optional with meal + admission ticket + private car tour
Guest User2026-08-25
Tickets and private car transfers were all fine, and the itinerary allowed for customized drop-off points, but there was an extra charge of 500 baht. The convenience was certainly adequate. The vehicles were very unsanitary, with many small insects on board. Because the itinerary was too rushed, there wasn't time to change vehicles; otherwise, I might have considered switching. The driver seemed to only speak a little English, requiring the use of translation software for communication. Fortunately, the software worked well, and it didn't cause any major delays.

★★★★★ The included transportation meant we didn't have to worry about getting around, and we were able to enjoy ourselves comfortably. We were able to get close to the animals, and the shows were impressive; we were very satisfied. The staff were also very polite, and I would recommend this tour to family and friends. It made for a wonderful memory of our trip to Thailand.

The customer service team notified us in advance and proactively contacted us, following up on our needs throughout the trip – very thoughtful! 👍🏻 The driver arrived at the hotel early to wait for us, and during the zoo visit, he explained the different animals and proactively stopped to allow us time to observe them – very friendly! Later, when we suddenly needed to leave the zoo early, the customer service and driver were also very accommodating, ensuring we had a very pleasant trip. Thank you! 🙏

Reviews: Bangkok Safari World one-day tour[Private Car/Optional Meals Included]
Guest User2026-09-12
Group tours with discounts and meals included (priced around NT$1000) are highly likely to be canceled around 8 or 9 PM that same day! And it's a last-minute cancellation! The reason given will be insufficient participants! But it doesn't mean the tour hasn't started. The operator, Golden Penguin Thailand, is still advertising on their social media that there will be a tour the next day, but it won't include meals and costs around NT$1400 per person! One second, the low-priced tour with meals is said to be canceled, and ten minutes later, the high-priced tour without meals is confirmed!

Reviews: Special offer - 1-day tour to Safari World Bangkok|Pick-up & drop-off at the hotel|Ticket included|Private car garden tour
Guest User2026-08-10
I opted for a package including round-trip transportation, meals, all entrance fees, and a private car for two adults and two children. The driver picked us up from the hotel on time, and our simple English communication was smooth throughout the journey. He was witty and humorous, introducing us to local attractions. At the wildlife park, we discussed going to the predator enclosure to see the lions and tigers first, as we were worried we'd miss them if we slept in the afternoon. Actually, the lions and tigers weren't very active in the morning, haha. After the predator enclosure, we explored the park on our own. Since we weren't allowed to bring our own food and drinks, the driver thoughtfully put them in his car's refrigerator so we could have chilled drinks as soon as we came out – a very considerate gesture. On the way back, he even took us to buy durian. Thai durian is indeed delicious, and the price is a bit cheaper than in China, but not ridiculously cheaper. Be prepared; for example, in Taiyuan, Shanxi, the total price is probably around 70-80% of the original price. In short, when traveling abroad, mutual respect is essential. Don't have the mindset of "I'm the boss because I'm paying" as you might think. In the morning, I brought the driver a bottle of water and a 7-Eleven sandwich, and I could clearly see his surprise and gratitude when I gave them to him. Therefore, respect between people is mutual. I hope that friends traveling abroad can maintain some small acts of kindness; the rewards you receive will exceed your expectations. Just confirm the basic information with the merchants. I speak some English and communicated smoothly with locals, so I didn't need to contact customer service. One more point: don't look at the negative information online from China. If you have no problems yourself, your experience in Thailand will be a hundred times better than in China. There are price gouging at tourist attractions, but it's not as exaggerated as in China. All the negative comments are entirely your own fault.
