The service was excellent. They picked us up from the pier, helped with our luggage, booked our hotel, and the food was very special. They even bought us food, played with the kids, and took photos for us while we were snorkeling.★

It was a fantastic experience, thank you to my guide (I can't remember his name, but thank you anyway). I normally snowboard and thought this would be helpful, but it requires a completely different level of fitness. Definitely try it.★

Everything went great! The manager was in touch and offered a transfer. We arrived at the wahana office (billabong cafe) 45 minutes in advance. They quickly loaded our bags and took us to the pier! We loved everything. We sailed from Padangbai to Gili Air. The boat was large, but near Gili we were transferred to a smaller boat because the larger one couldn't enter the port.Trip.com picks
