Everything went perfectly. Exchanging tickets at the ticket office, boarding, disembarking, and the trip itself. A motion sickness pill certainly saved me, but the boat was big and there were no waves at all. There were two stops along the way, though, which weren't mentioned. Incidentally, only a few companies mention this; it's hard to plan when the trip ends up taking over 33 hours instead of the stated 1.5 hours. Overall, I would definitely choose this company if necessary. I felt safe.★

Everything was great, it was very easy to book, they showed us the voucher and gave us the necessary things. We also had to pay an additional 20,000 tax per person, but you have to do it right before boarding, otherwise you won't be allowed in. It's not really necessary to arrive an hour beforehand; we arrived at 9:30 and made it on time, even waiting for departure. It was delayed by 10-15 minutes. Along the way, we stopped at Gili and Lombok to drop off other passengers. And being on the bottom of the boat doesn't make you seasick at all!!!! But the air conditioning is cool, I was just wearing a T-shirt and was freezing.★

We arrived 45 minutes before departure. We upgraded our reservations to tickets. Boarding began on time. Departure was delayed by 15 minutes. We sailed via Nusa Penida. The total time to Trawangan was 3 hours.★

The boat is very comfortable and spacious: the upper deck has chairs with fold-out tables, a reclining footrest, and reclining seating. There are also seats with power outlets. Large TVs are showing a movie in English. The boat was not crowded, so finding a suitable seat was easy: either under the air conditioning or away from it. The trip from Bali to Gili Trawangan took just under two hours instead of the stated 1.5 hours. We stopped back at Gili Air and Lembogan, but all without long stops.
