A pleasant trip to Shilin Nine Towns, compared to the crowded Shilin, I prefer the scenery of Nine Towns, the cable car, the boat in the gorge, and the cool cave. The driver was very good, drove very steadily, and introduced Kunming's cultural scenery along the way.★

Extremely, extremely, extremely satisfied.
Mr. Ding contacted us a day in advance to understand the itinerary and passenger situation. On the day of the trip, he was waiting for us downstairs at the hotel almost 30 minutes early. My itinerary included three elderly people over 70 years old, and Mr. Ding assisted them each time they got on and off the bus. Especially after our visit to the Stone Forest, he waited for us at the exit and drove the car to a location closer to the exit, making it easier for the elderly to get on the bus with less walking. The lunch spot he recommended was clean, tidy, and reasonably priced.
In short, the elderly were very satisfied with the itinerary arrangements.★

This time, I brought my father, parents-in-law, and three other seniors over 70 along. Our guide, Zongzong, researched their interests and hobbies beforehand and focused on these areas when introducing Kunming Old Street and the Stone Forest.
Throughout the trip, she kept a close eye on their stamina, managing the pace of the tour very well, and accompanied them throughout the Stone Forest.
The introduction to Kunming Old Street was well-planned, with a logical route that prevented them from getting lost. Overall, the seniors, visiting Yunnan for the first time, had a very satisfying trip.

The booking process on Trip.com was smooth. Unfortunately, after paying for the lunch reservation on the platform, the local official platform informed me that the Jueyan Restaurant in Kunming was closed for lunch on February 26th, and the lunch could not be served. They offered two options: reschedule or pay extra to reschedule for dinner. This is inconvenient for travelers, as their itinerary was already planned for several days. Therefore, better communication is needed. As for Jueyan, it was a very good experience, with different dishes served at the restaurant, and the food quality was good. The environment was also clean. If it hadn't been rescheduled, I would have been very satisfied.
