It is recommended to arrive 90mins before departure time but everything was so smooth I think arriving less than 1 hour before is still fine! There was no need to print out anything, I just showed my passport to the ticketing counter and got my boarding pass easily. They will write the Gate number on your boarding pass. Departure timing was punctual, seats were comfy and there was aircon too. A very pleasant 1hour journey all in all.

It was a fantastic experience. The terrain was diverse, including steep downhill sections, waterfalls, and rainforest trails. Even complete beginners can enjoy it (just drive slowly and keep a firm grip on the steering wheel).

An excellent excursion. The driver arrived at the hotel on time, stayed with us throughout the entire trip, and was very friendly. The guide on the mountain was also very friendly and helped guide our child. We enjoyed the excursion.

Once we got through the wrong info and contact details and reached the right company, it was super fun and exciting. By far the best ATV experience ai have had in my life. Long route, adrenaline pumps and lots of mud and water. Rafting was also good but the instructor let other people with no experience lead the calls.
