The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and even managed to retrieve my phone which I'd left on the airport shuttle. The hotel itself is very clean, with a great separated shower and toilet. They also provided bread and milk for my early morning flight. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm at Changshui Airport.

I landed on an early morning flight, and the front desk lady was very helpful in arranging a driver to pick me up. The driver was also great, reminding me when to get off. The front desk staff maintained a wonderful attitude throughout, even giving me a complimentary room upgrade. If you have a flight the next day, they'll remind you what time to wait in the lobby for your ride. The room was clean, tidy, and very quiet. There's a snack street right downstairs from the hotel, so no worries about food. Plus, the hotel is just a 10-minute drive from Dabanqiao subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. All in all, it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommend it! 😍😍

If you're going to Kunming and need a place near the airport, I highly recommend this hotel. The service attitude is excellent; they offer free airport drop-off, and even arranged a car for us to the subway station. Although it's a bit out of the way, the comprehensive service makes that a non-issue. The hotel tries its best to accommodate any requests. We booked a twin room, but seeing that there were more of us, they kindly upgraded us to a deluxe double for free. When we checked out early, they even thoughtfully prepared milk and bread as a gift. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time. 👍
