It was a great experience. The team contacted me and clarified all my queries from the word go. Ms Li and Ms Linda ( English guide) were very helpful and provided an amazing service. They made sure we covered everything in the itinerary without rushing anything.

Great experience - the driver showed up on time and took us to the stone forest and jiuxiang cave, with authentic Yunnan cuisine for lunch (delicious, if a little expensive for China). We asked for them to prebook admission tickets for both attractions and they delivered. The driver did not speak English but used a real-time translation earpiece to communicate. Ultimately it was exactly what we wanted out of the day - cheaper than booking with group tours that charge per person, and on our own schedule.

We just finished our trip today. Our driver, A-Lian, picked us up from the hotel early this morning and drove us to Shilin. The whole journey felt like chatting with an old friend; she drove very steadily and carefully, always prioritizing safety. After we finished exploring Shilin, I messaged A-Lian, and she responded quickly. At noon, she took us to a local Yi family for lunch, which was delicious, especially the "stir-fried cured pork with tree bark"—you should try it if you have the chance! The chicken and mushroom soup and the stir-fried eggs with goji leaves were also excellent. In the afternoon, we went to Jiuxiang Cave. I highly recommend it! Shilin is so-so, but Jiuxiang Cave is a must-see—it's incredibly fun! You can take a boat, a cable car, a mini-train, and slide down the mountain—it's diverse and enriching. On the way back, A-Lian drove us back to the hotel smoothly. We arrived at the hotel close to 9:00 PM. Thank you, A-Lian! She explained everything very clearly throughout the trip, from the agreed time and place, to what shoes to wear, to sun protection, hats, and sunglasses, and the payment details—everything was crystal clear. A fantastic experience!

Customer service was excellent, they always respond immediately for all the enquiries including during the trip. Driver was very friendly and helpful. He helped us to purchase admission tickets and guided us to the entrance. He even looked for us when we were unable to locate the pickup point. And not to forget the restaurant he brought us to for lunch, fresh and yummy!

Excellent day! Amazing communication from the minute I booked it. Out driver for the day didn’t speak English but had a fancy earpiece that did live translation to talk to each other. Couldn’t recommend this more to anyone wanting to do the stone forest and caves were amazing and so empty and quiet compared to everywhere else in China
