I really appreciated that the guide was kind and attentive throughout the tour, making sure to take great photos for me. They also shared information about great restaurants and local spots while we were traveling, which was very helpful for my trip.
I was able to explore Arima Onsen at a leisurely pace, and the view from Mt. Rokko was truly beautiful thanks to the good weather. Being able to comfortably visit multiple places, including the Kobe area, all within a single day was especially great for me as a solo traveler. The weather that day was truly exceptional; the sky was clear and the scenery was clearly visible, making it perfect for taking photos.
Overall, the itinerary was packed with activities, and I had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. It was a tour that left me with fond memories.★

Everything was as advertised on Ctrip, except that I waited at the hotel entrance until 8 a.m. and still no car came to pick me up. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip customer service, and Mr. Chen Xiaolong, a dedicated after-sales representative, handled my situation. Mr. Chen was incredibly patient, calling multiple times until I was finally able to depart smoothly. I must say, Ctrip's after-sales response was prompt and their processing speed was excellent. Being alone and helpless abroad, every word of comfort from customer service was incredibly heartwarming. Thank you so much!★

This ticket covers a wide area, from Himeji, Kobe, Nara, Wakayama, Osaka Umeda to Kyoto, allowing you to explore the entire Kansai region with just one ticket – extremely convenient. Except for JR lines, it can be used on all other private railways, making it more flexible for travel planning. You can take the Hanshin Railway to Kobe and Tarumi Outlet for shopping sprees, or take the Osaka Metro directly to the Hankyu Railway to Kyoto's Kawaramachi area. The Keihan Railway can take you to Kadoma Outlet and Hirakata Park, and you can even take the Osaka Monorail to Expo Memorial Park for Lalaport – truly a worthwhile investment. However, starting this year, the ticket usage has changed from a physical ticket to a QR code e-ticket on your mobile phone. Once activated, the ticket must be used consecutively, unlike the previous physical ticket which allowed for split-day use. This is somewhat limiting, and you must ensure your phone has sufficient battery power before traveling, otherwise, it won't work. Overall, if you need to travel to attractions/locations that are relatively far away, purchasing this ticket is definitely the first choice, and it's easy to get your money's worth. I would recommend it to friends and family who come to Kansai for tourism.★

Because I booked my Kansai flight on Trip.com, there was a special discount on Haruka tickets, making it cheaper than other platforms – highly recommended! The e-tickets are so convenient; you can scan the QR code directly on your phone to enter the station! After purchasing the ticket, you need to go to another website to select your travel time and seat. It took me a while to figure it out, but it's fairly clear now! The ability to change your travel time and seat is fantastic. I suggest checking the arrival crowds after you land before choosing your seat, otherwise you'll be anxious and miss your train if your flight is delayed or your luggage takes a long time to arrive.
PS. - If you booked tickets for travel companions, you can't transfer the tickets to other phones. You need to use the same phone to create different QR codes for entry.
- The conductor will check your ticket after boarding (just show the QR code on your phone).
- Make sure you know which platform you're on before boarding; don't board in the wrong direction!★

I booked this trip for my brother and sister-in-law. They were so happy when they came back! Although I was very proud and thought I made the right choice, I didn't really know how good the tour guide was. My brother and sister-in-law kept asking me to give the tour guide a good review for the next three days 😂 Anyway, I believe they had a very enjoyable time. I am very grateful to the tour guide for taking care of my family and making them have a pleasant experience in Japan. The tour guide was Fu Shuo. I hope to meet you again on another trip to Japan next time!
