The business staff, Xiao Li, and driver Yue Yue provided excellent service. They contacted us immediately, added us on WeChat to create a group chat, confirmed the address and pick-up information, and informed us of the itinerary and precautions. The car was clean and tidy, and driver Yue Yue was a very skilled driver, driving fast and steadily. He was also very enthusiastic and attentive, introducing the attractions, taking us to the entrance, and even buying drinks for everyone in the car out of his own pocket. He was a very nice person. Although the weather wasn't great, it was still a pleasant trip.★

This day trip was fantastic! The driver was very punctual, drove smoothly, and was attentive and responsible throughout. He patiently explained the sights and precautions along the way, and even reminded us of the best times for taking photos. His service was exceptional. The itinerary was well-planned, the time was well-managed, and the whole trip was relaxing and enjoyable. The scenery in Izu is also very beautiful. It was a very satisfying trip, and I highly recommend this driver and this route!★

Ito relies on this pass to go to Omuroyama/zoo/Teddy bear museum/Kinosaki Coast/Komuroyama. Be aware of bus schedules, as some places run every hour. Leave the crowded attractions, especially Mount Omuro, and go a little early to wait for the bus, because there are so many people, there is a chance you can't get on the bus!★

Our tour guide was very professional and friendly. It happened to be raining and the road conditions were bad the day we went, but our guide, Cora, helped us adjust our itinerary so we could successfully board the Kinme-no-Tsubaki (Golden Eye Snapper) sightseeing train. At Mt. Omuro, although the fog was initially very thick, it cleared up after a while, revealing a truly beautiful place, like entering a fairyland. The feeling of climbing to the top was wonderful; we could see patches of green fields, rows of residential rooftops resembling neatly arranged mushrooms, and the Kinosaki coastline. The Kinosaki coastline was very beautiful, and the suspension bridge was very stable; although it was right above the coast, it didn't sway much. I would definitely come back again next time. Thank you to our guide for your dedicated leadership.
