Easy to redeem from airport, but if your from Seoul station you need to get the ticket early as it can be sold out quickly. I was in Seoul station 10am and the next available ticket was 1335H. Just an fyi in case you’ll be in hurry. There’s free water as well and th seat are comfortable. Worth the pay 😊 and yes recommended.★

Overall, the bus experience was good. Although the journey took six hours, the ride was quite comfortable.
We were originally going to Haeundae, but the bus unexpectedly dropped us off at Jungdong Bus Station, from where we had to transfer to the subway to get to Haeundae. However, there are actually many places to explore near Jungdong Station, and quite a few shops worth checking out – a pleasant surprise!
Overall, it was a great bus experience, and I would definitely choose to take it again next time. 😊★

The bus platform is right downstairs from where you exit immigration. Exchanging tickets was smooth; the staff scanned my code and gave me the actual ticket! The platform was easy to find, and the driver was surprisingly young and very friendly, guiding me through the luggage area. The bus was especially comfortable and even had a USB charging port – it took me right to downtown Seoul!★

When I took a late-night bus, I was instructed at the reception to "have the driver scan the QR code."
However, those using QR codes will be served after those who purchased paper tickets in advance. Therefore, be aware that you may have to wait for the next bus if it becomes full.★
