We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience. The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly. On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience. The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included. Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.

A truly exceptional day trip! Our guide, Tiger, was incredibly attentive and provided detailed explanations in English. Ha Long Bay was breathtakingly beautiful; it was definitely worth the trip. The price was also very reasonable, and there was no hard selling along the way.

This is something extraordinary! An unforgettable experience! Spacious cabins with floor-to-ceiling windows, you float slowly and admire the view. Excellent food. The guide is a great guy, attentive, and very responsible. No unnecessary charges, only alcohol on board, although even here a cocktail costs a measly 500 rubles. Take it, you won't regret it!

We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. Everything was very well organized, they sent us clear instructions in advance, the ship is beautiful, the staff was very attentive, and the guide was a real sweetheart and a super positive person, for which he deserves special respect. The food was beyond praise. The music in the evening was excellent. A huge thank you for the wonderful time, the unforgettable impressions, and the festive atmosphere created by the cruise staff. It was very comfortable experience and they made a stop at a Silk factory was interesting. I enjoyed it and its recommended. They also supply a bottle of water.

The staff were very welcoming and tried their best to explain the itinerary to us even though we don't speak English or Vietnamese. Thumbs up! The lunch on board was delicious and varied, the juice was reasonably priced, and the sunset party was lively. It was a very worthwhile trip. If you have a trip to Halong Bay planned, I highly recommend choosing their service.
