Everything was organized quickly and clearly. The manager answered all our questions, assigned a wonderful driver, and coordinated changes to the itinerary. The car arrived on time. Our driver, Alex, did a fantastic job with the tour! Throughout the trip, he easily conversed with us in English and in Russian via a phone app. He shared many interesting facts and answered our questions. We visited beautiful places and met friendly animals :) Everything was wonderful!

My husband loves monkeys so this was a great experience. I did think there would be a guided tour in English and that wasn’t the case but that wasn’t a big deal at all. We also didn’t see the electric bikes anywhere. So I might have misread parts of the description, but having a driver was great and he was great. The monkey island was so much fun would definitely return.
