Didn't really know what to expect here but pleasant staff guided you through the experience. Changing rooms were a bit busy when we arrived with new people arriving and passed customers getting dressed. We enjoyed the hot pool ( not that hot ) the warm pool and braved the cold pool and the steam room and drank various hot teas . Really enjoyed the 30 min massage where I could choose relaxing med or hard pressure . There was even time to go back to the pools afterwards . Didn't feel rushed whilst in there. Plenty of showers ,a few hairdryers ,face and body creams . All in all a very pleasant relaxing time

Really lovely way to spend a morning relaxing. It’s small and so only a few people around which helps with the relaxing atmosphere. The massage was great to finish (and despite other reviews saying they lack pressure - I can’t agree! It was perfect, good and firm and worked out several knots). The only detraction was the staff room was off the ladies changing rooms which was a tad awkward getting changed to leave as at times was a bit like Piccadilly Circus! But overall still fabulous
