Thank you to our tour guide, Wu Xia, for your incredibly dedicated service, which made for a wonderful day for everyone! Although we encountered a traffic jam due to an accident on the highway and our attempt to gamble on the weather in the mountains failed, Wu Xia's expert explanations along the way provided a wealth of knowledge about Mount Aso, which was still very rewarding! You absolutely must go boating in Takachiho! It was so much fun! Wu Xia's self-made boating instructions were extremely useful! This was a combined Chinese and English tour, and the bilingual explanations increased the tour guide's workload, but Wu Xia took excellent care of both groups, taking beautiful photos for everyone – truly amazing!★

I highly recommend this excursion: the volcano is an absolute must-see, especially when it's active, with several viewing areas. There are three different viewpoints. Excellent value for money. Comfortable bus with very professional staff.★

Many thanks to our tour guide, Ms. Wu Xia, and our driver for allowing us to enjoy seafood at the Karato Market for lunch and visit the most beautiful shrine (though it was unfortunately under repair due to its age). Ms. Wu's detailed explanations made our trip very enjoyable; she provided comprehensive itinerary planning before, during, and after the main itinerary. Her arrangements for the night views were also very appropriate, allowing us to see the sunset and night scenery. She also went to great lengths to arrange our dinner. It was truly a delightful day.★

Visiting Kyushu for 2 weeks so getting the JR all Kyushu 7 day pass was a no brainer. Is considered buying it on the official JR site but it seemed very complicated. Using Trip for this was a breeze and as they had all our details from us after buying our flight through then I'm glad i did.
