Chartering a car was much more comfortable. The customer service helped me plan the itinerary and arrange the driver. I didn't have to worry about anything; I just had to wait for the driver to contact me before departure. He would also arrive early to wait for me. When it was time, I could just go downstairs and leave. There was no unpleasant smell in the car, and the minivan was comfortable to sit in.★

Booking process is simple and straightforward. Transport company will set up a gp chat w the driver on the day of your pickup. Instructions on where to pick up is clear. Driver is kind and polite and the vehicle is clean ans spacious. Door to door transport, very convenient.★

We had a truly wonderful day! A huge thank you to our driver, Mr. Yin, who was fantastic all day and transported us safely and comfortably from one place to the next. We saw the lion dance, which was an amazing experience, and the Qinghui Garden was simply breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and took home many wonderful memories. Although the driver was delayed due to traffic, the customer service handled the situation very promptly and sincerely. They proactively communicated, reassured the driver, and quickly implemented a refund and compensation plan, saving the driver from lengthy and tedious communication costs. The driver's subsequent driving was also smooth and safe, and the overall service attitude is commendable.
