This is my second visit! The most anticipated part was the international circus. My child said it was the most exciting part of our Guangzhou trip. The zoo's mini-train ride was their favorite. Even though it was raining, the children's eyes were glued to the animals with joy.

The Giraffe Castle Hotel was a perfect choice for a family getaway, and it did not disappoint. The entire experience was comfortable and smooth, with quality evident in every detail. The hotel's service was commendable; the staff were warm, friendly, and responsive, proactively offering guidance and assistance. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient, and room service was prompt and attentive throughout the stay, with items replenished carefully and any issues resolved effectively. The follow-up ambassador, Wang Junchao, was also very responsive. The lobby was grand and dreamy, with a lively and soothing giraffe-themed design. The space was bright and airy, with exquisite sculptures and playful decorations throughout. The floors were clean and free of clutter, the lighting was soft, and the rest area was well-planned, creating a perfect atmosphere for photos. The rooms were brand new and in excellent condition, with a logical layout and clear separation of living and sleeping areas. Appliances such as air conditioning and televisions were easy to operate, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the soundproofing was excellent, and all family-friendly amenities were provided. The rooms were spotlessly clean, providing an exceptional stay. The hotel is also very convenient, with its own large free parking lot, making parking hassle-free, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the park. The restaurant served light and delicious food with fresh ingredients, making for a comfortable overall experience. Highly recommended for families with children.

The trip was excellently organized. There were four of us – two adults and two children. They contacted me in advance to discuss all the details. The driver picked us up from our hotel, took us to the amusement park, printed all the tickets, and waited for us. After the park, he took us to a pre-renovated shopping center instead of the hotel. I really liked the park itself; the private transfer was also great because you arrive before the tour groups, so we were able to explore the area without the crowds for the first hour and a half. The car was comfortable, a sedan-like train, and we communicated with the driver through a translator, but that wasn't a problem at all. I'm writing a review of the service and give it an excellent rating. Many good reviews have already been written about the park itself. I'll add that the downhill racing was unexpectedly cool. Whether you're choosing between go-karts or tobogganing, the go-karts are definitely the go-karts! It was a blast, with a long track and real speed. The food was reasonably priced both on the mountain and in the reception area. They accept payments via the UP RSHB app. In short, we didn’t regret going to this park with these organizers.

Overall, everything was fine. After booking, I was in constant contact with a support representative, and they even called before departure to make sure we were on time. However, when booking the ticket, there was no mention of deck seating, nor of seating in the center or by the windows. We moved to the windows because the seats were empty, for which we were asked to pay an extra 40 yuan for two. Five minutes later, everyone was invited to the upper deck for photos and videos. It's unclear why I paid the extra 40 yuan. Overall, this extra charge spoiled the experience.

We booked two days in advance, and it got quite crowded with people starting to get busy during the summer holidays. We picked up our meal tickets at the customer service center. The restaurant's selection was decent, considering the limited space. The ambiance was first-class, with excellent views, and it wasn't too noisy. For the salmon sashimi, you can order the belly; it has a sweet aftertaste. There was no queue, and they also had hot dishes, Western pastries, and both Chinese and Western soups. After your meal, you can enjoy a free tour of the 117th and 118th floors for sightseeing.
