I was told the day before that they would pick me up in the hotel lobby at 4 AM. I waited in the hotel lobby from 4 AM on the day of the tour, but they didn't come. I contacted Trip, but they didn't say anything like, "We can't get in touch with the person in charge, so please just wait." They finally came to pick me up at 5:30 AM, but there was no apology. Naturally, I missed the dolphin boat. They did provide a separate boat for me, so that was good. I was able to swim with dolphins, so that was good.

We would like to say a huge thank you to our driver in Nusa Penida, Komang. Not only was he an excellent and very professional driver, but he also made our trip even more special with his kindness and interesting conversations. His English is amazing! We really enjoyed hearing his stories about the island and appreciated how caring and attentive he was throughout the day. He always warned us about everything in advance, took great care of us, and was always on time, never delaying our plans even for a moment. This trip left us with so many positive emotions, and his contribution was truly invaluable. Thank you so much!

I definitely recommend it!!!! Excellent guide, great route, and everything was just fantastic! We were very lucky with the car and boat driver; both were great conversationalists and people in general! We saw the sunrise and were the first to spot dolphins (when there were only two boats at sea). We then took amazing photos at the viewpoint and, as a bonus, we also stopped at a coffee plantation. I definitely recommend it!
