Our guide Pawel was lovely. Couldn’t really of been any better. We felt very relaxed and well looked after. Pawel listened to my mums interests and tailored the day with little extras to suit her interests. I’d recommend to friends with no hesitation.

Fantastic day starting with pick up on time followed by a very pleasant drive to the mountains with fantastic views. The quad bikes was an exhilarating fun filled hour. The food and bonfire were excellent. We then travelled to the thermal springs. on arrival at the thermal Springs we had 2 1/2 hours there not the three that was advertised. The springs and the pools were excellent. A very pleasant afternoon. we travelled home at 2:45 which meant as we had only arrived at the springs at 12:15 we only had 2 1/2 hours there not three as advertised.

The meeting point was easy to find and it was a small group and comfortable journey to the baths. Our driver was friendly and efficient and chatted about the area where the baths are located. We were given the bands to access the bathing area by the driver and it was explained clearly which lockers to use, how to rent the towels, which areas were included free of charge and what time to be back at the bus. The place is spotless; staff are helpful. There’s shower gel available in the showers, but no shampoo or conditioner. You need to have a towel to sit on in the saunas. It was a relaxing experience and 3 hours is plenty of time as it wasn’t very busy on a Monday evening in October. We had time to get changed and go for dinner in the restaurant by the entrance before leaving and the food was lovely. Our driver dropped us all off at our hotels, which was very much appreciated!


