The eSim details stated it could be used in Turkey, but upon arrival in Turkey, there was no signal, making it impossible to use the internet. I was unable to contact customer support as it was outside of business hours. However, once in Germany, it worked normally with a good, stable signal. It was good value for money, and even after the data ran out, I could still use the network.โ
