Used with Android (Pixel 9a). Setting up the eSIM went smoothly, and data communication and tethering to other smartphones worked without problems. 10Mbps is more than enough for a smartphone. I didn't use 100GB a day at all. I used around 3GB a day, so I had plenty of data left over, but it was the cheapest I researched, so I'm satisfied. When I returned from the remote island, I couldn't use data communication. I connected to the internet through another means and asked the AI for help, which solved the problem... The cause was that one of the eSIM settings, roaming, had been turned off automatically. I didn't touch anything, so I'm not sure if the eSIM was the cause... If I hadn't had another way to connect to the internet, I wouldn't have known, and I probably wouldn't have been able to use the eSIM afterward. So, it's essential to have another way to connect to the internet (another SIM, hotel WiFi, etc.). PS) I didn't use customer support, so no comment.★
