Emanuel and his wife were professional, friendly and entertaining. Went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. They were fun, very organized and included the 6 participants in making the pastel. We stayed an extra hour just talking. Highly recommend them. Can’t wait to make at home. Bought the dishes from them to make the pastry
