This class was one of the highlights of my three-week Peru vacation. Chef Carlos was encouraging and freely shared his knowledge and love for Peruvian food. The class was well organized and moved along at an efficient pace. He offered several tips on how to adapt recipes for various allergies and dietary preferences. I also enjoyed the market tour and learning about local fruits, cheeses and other products. I can’t wait to try out the recipes and experiment with the new ingredients when I return home!

Ronal was a wonderful host. The market shopping trip was excellent- colourful, fun, informative. The cooking area was lovely, and the pace of cooking, instructions etc was just perfect. The pisco sours (passion fruit) were amazing and food was top notch. Thanks to Ronal and all the group for a lovely experience- highly recommended to anyone else
