CLASS DESCRIPTION

Enjoy introductory Muay Thai classes and learn basic information as well as the right techniques that will prepare you for more advanced maneuvers in the future. Have fun during this Muay Thai session and don't worry if this is your first attempt. These beginner classes are adapted based on your fitness level and boxing skill. Ladies are more than welcome as well, as our classes are female-friendly. The classes are also suitable for children, making them a fun family activity.
There are various clinching techniques and many call it The Art of Eight Limbs, which commonly combines elbows, fists, knees, and shins.
Get handy tips and tricks from your professional instructors who will guide you through the entire duration of the class. Once you understand basic Muay Thai, your trainer will become your boxing partner to help you improve your technique.
