Information on Day Trip Charter Services

Dear valued customers, welcome to our chartered car tour service! To ensure a smooth and comfortable trip, please carefully read the following service details before placing your order:

I. Fee Description

Chartering a car ensures privacy and independence for the entire trip, as you will not share a ride with other tourists.

The fee includes: vehicle usage fee, fuel/electricity cost for the entire trip, toll/bridge fee (if any), parking fee, driver service fee, and driver's lunch;

The price does not include: accommodation, personal meals, and other personal expenses (such as dining and shopping).

II. Duration Rules

Standard: Within 10 hours on the same day (starting from when the driver arrives at the pick-up point to pick up the tourist, ending when the tourist is delivered to the designated destination);

Special scenario: Service ends at the destination (9 hours).

Overtime: The duration includes traffic congestion time. For 5-7 seat buses, the overtime fee is 50 RMB/hour; for minibuses with 7-20+ seats, it's 70 RMB/hour; and for buses with 30+ seats, it's 100 RMB/hour.

III. Departure Time Arrangement

- Default departure time: 9:00 AM [Can be adjusted flexibly according to your actual needs] (24-hour system)

- Trip Confirmation: After placing your order, the driver will contact you before 8:00 PM the day before the trip to confirm the final departure time and pick-up location. Please keep your phone accessible.

IV. Service Scope

Coverage area (including any pick-up/drop-off points within the following area, no additional charge):

- Round trip from Chaozhou: Xiangqiao District, Chaoan District (including Chaoshan Station, excluding Wenci Town, Guihu Town, Chifeng Town, Fenghuang Town, and Dengtang Town);

Special Note: If your departure point/destination is outside the above range (such as towns or remote locations not covered by the network), please contact customer service before placing your order to negotiate a price difference.

V. Special Tips for Visiting

-Tour time: Total tour time refers only to the tour time on this route and at this attraction. Outside of this time, you can hire a car to go to any other point.

- Drop-off or End Point: The tour ends when passengers are dropped off at the designated drop-off point within the designated area. There is no possibility of continuing sightseeing around the end point due to remaining time.

- The suggested duration for visiting attractions is for reference only. You are free to arrange your own time for visiting attractions, and there are no restrictions.

- You can inform customer service or the driver before departure if you need to adjust the attractions/route. After obtaining their consent, we will replan your driving plan.

- The driver plans a route that prioritizes tourist attractions and avoids backtracking, thus reducing travel time;

-Driver/Guide-- [5-7 seater vehicle] Provides appropriate introductions or explanations of attractions and assistance with taking photos, provided that safe driving is ensured and within safe parking areas. This is not mandatory, please be aware.

-Driver Only-- [9-18 Seat Vehicles] Due to their larger size, numerous blind spots, and spacious interior, these vehicles can only provide driver-assisted transportation to attractions.

VI. Travel suggestions for holidays

During peak seasons such as May Day, National Day, New Year's Day, and Spring Festival, the number of tourists increases significantly. To avoid the inability to use vehicles:

Please book your ride at least 3-5 days in advance.

-For car usage requests 1-2 days in advance, please contact customer service directly to confirm car availability;

-Please confirm that you have been connected with the driver by 8 PM the day before you book the ride. If you have not been contacted by the driver, please return to the customer service app to report the issue.
