2. Business car booking

-Business car tickets are valid for one-time use on the day from departure.

- Changes not permitted. If you fail to board at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered as used.

Automatically voided. No refunds allowed once the booking is successfully placed.

3. Booking info confirmation

-When purchasing tickets, travelers must ensure the vehicle rental duration, pick-up point, and ticket collector info are correct.

4. Rideshare service booking

- Rideshare services require booking tickets at least 1 day in advance. Please contact customer support before placing your booking.

For private charters before 8:00 am, orders must be placed and tickets purchased by 20:00 the previous evening.

- If you need same-day private charter, please contact customer support to confirm before placing your booking.

5. Driver waiting

-If circumstances permit, the driver may wait for private charter passengers free of charge for 15 min. Rideshare services will not wait and will depart on schedule.

A waiting fee of 300 CNY will be charged for exceeding 15-60 minute.

6. Passenger notes for flight travelers

Passengers taking flights should allow sufficient time to avoid missing their flights.

- Our company is not responsible for missed flights caused by traffic accidents, weather delays, or other force majeure events.

1. Route arrangement: Hong Kong to Macau round-trip via Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge Hong Kong port; Hong Kong to Shenzhen round-trip via Shenzhen bay port.

2. Travel documents: Passengers must prepare their own valid travel documents (such as passport, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, etc.) with corresponding valid endorsements. Foreign nationals must hold a valid Chinese visa. If passengers fail to pass customs or exceed vehicle usage time due to document discrepancies, expired endorsements, flight ticket information issues, or other personal reasons, the company reserves the right to refuse service, and passengers shall bear all related responsibilities and consequences.

3. Pregnant passengers: If pregnant passengers are traveling, they must inform our company in advance and prepare the necessary documents and IDs for border crossing. Failure to notify in advance may result in the driver refusing service without refund, and passengers will bear all related costs and consequences.

4. Minors traveling: Children under 8 years old or with a height below 1.35 m must use safety restraint devices. Accompanying passengers should proactively contact customer support for registration. The company shall not be liable for any itinerary delays or travel disruptions caused by unregistered cases, and no refunds will be issued. Your understanding is appreciated.

5. Ticketing Regulations: Infants aged 0-3 years old who do not occupy a seat are entitled to free admission. However, passengers must proactively contact customer support via WeChat (GHM4008833128) to complete the registration process when purchasing tickets. Failure to register as required will result in the company refusing to pick up the child, and all losses incurred will be borne by the passenger. Infants aged 0-3 years old who require a seat must purchase a full-price ticket as an adult. Passengers aged 3 years and above must purchase a full-price ticket to travel.

The ticket does not have a fixed seat, and seating arrangements are subject to on-site staff allocation. After boarding, please keep your ticket for the current departure time slot properly for mid-journey verification. Tickets that are lost, damaged, altered, or expired will be considered invalid. This ticket follows the principle of being non-registered and non-refundable if lost.

6. Baggage policy: Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of carry-on baggage (size ≤ 50 × 36 × 22 cm). For any additional piece or oversized baggage, the company reserves the right to charge a baggage fee of CNY 100 per extra piece based on on-site conditions. Passengers are responsible for their own baggage, IDs, and valuables, and must claim them during customs clearance. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

7. Customs regulations: Passengers must strictly comply with relevant customs regulations and the requirements of the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China. Prohibited items are not allowed, and items exceeding the specified limits must be declared in advance and pass inspection. The driver reserves the right to refuse service if passengers attempt to forcibly carry prohibited items.

8. Port delay: In case of delays at the port due to customs queues, ID verification, tariff inspections, system failures, or other factors, the waiting time limit is 5 min to protect the rights of all passengers. Those who fail to complete customs procedures within the time limit must repurchase tickets for the next departure time slot or choose another transportation method. Our company will not be responsible for any itinerary delays.

9. Vehicles and transfers: Service vehicles are 6-7 seater business vans, with no specific vehicle type or license plate assigned; Hong Kong and Macau routes require transfers to corresponding Macau or Hong Kong vehicles at Zhuhai artificial island.

10. Boarding and alighting rules: Passengers must wait and disembark at designated locations specified by our company and are not permitted to change boarding or drop-off points without authorization.

11. Itinerary changes: No refund will be provided for purchased tickets if passengers are unable to continue their journey due to personal reasons.

12. Force majeure: In case of vehicle delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic congestion, vehicle malfunctions, government restrictions, typhoons, or holiday passenger peaks, our company will implement emergency measures including vehicle replacement, transfers, or route changes based on actual circumstances to ensure passengers reach their destination smoothly. The company shall not be liable for compensation for any resulting delays.

13. Insurance note: Our company only acts as a ticket agent. In case of transportation accidents during the itinerary, claims will be processed according to the third-party liability insurance of the vehicle. Mainland sections are subject to mainland insurance regulations, while Hong Kong sections are subject to Hong Kong insurance regulations.
